INCORRECTLY ADVERTISED

THIS IS NOT A NATURAL GAS GRILL AS ADVERTISED! It is a propane only!!

The grill is fantastic, but the shipping was messed up and did not get until a month later.

The assembly was very difficult, and the parts were not labeled correctly. The ignitors and wiring were tucked under the grill so hard that of the five burners two of the ignitors were damaged and did not work. I would not every buy this Royal Gourmet brand again. Also, the parts are not all stainless steel as labeled for they were painted metal (carbon steel) to look like stainless.

Nice, but...

Not all stainless. The bottom, side panels, back panel and other pieces are painted steel. Still a nicely made BBQ. Took almost as long to unpack all of the pieces as it did to assemble it. LOL. Very well packaged to avoid damage! I also prefer a solid back to keep out critters instead of the half open back like this one, but I’ll close it up with some stainless mesh so as to not interfere with ar circulation.

Easy to put together

When I purchased this grill I assumed that the propane tank came with it. It did not. Luckily I still have the tank from my previous grill so I can make it work.

Quality but complicated

Good quality. Cooks evenly. Need a degree in Engineering to assemble. Have assembled grills before in a day. After studying instruction and matching parts, 2 days before actually assembling and then 3 days to finish it

The fit and finish on this grill are great. I did separately purchase a cover to protect the stainless finish.

Dinged up grill

This item was well packaged and carefully opened. Upon inspection several small dents and bends were discovered. I kept the grill because I liked the design/setup but be aware, it may have been damaged at the factory.

This grill took a while to assemble, but it was not hard. The step-by-step instructions were very good. My overall satisfaction is about 90%. It works great, but there is some wobbling, even though my porch is well leveled.

Doors would not line up and directions were not clear

Product quality

The hood was crooked, and would not close completely due to not being tightened.(the two screws in the back were loose , I have no idea how that passed quality control) the door for the propane was lop sided, and had a huge scratch on it. The steel is very thin and flimsy (dented on the back of the grill and near the control switches. I don’t know if it was because of shipment or hardware) the instructions were also somewhat unclear not hard to understand. Not enough space to mention good stuff

The hood of the grill doesnt fully close and is not tightened down (i dont know how that passed quality control). The front propane door holders are crooked (there was also a huge scratch on it). The steel was very thin. The flames don’t go as high as expected. Poor explanation in instructions. Once put together, the searer works nicely and cooks faster.

Best Gas Grill Ever

Love the new grill, directions on putting together was a little touch and go but got it done. Love the quality and would recommend. We missed the page on adding a battery to the igniter but once that was figured out, it work like a dream.

Seems to be a great grill, have only used it a couple of times. The grill was relatively easy to assemble, directions were good.

Worst experience ever, walmart sent a damaged grill. FexEx destroyed the grill when sent back. Walmart didn’t want to refund the money. The insurance walmart paid to originally ship the grill was only for $100. At the end, I had to get my bank to fight on my behalf and get my money back. At this point walmart owes my 8 hours worth of phone calls (full day pay) to make this right
