Terribly inept custmer service

Received 1 of 2 boxes. Called Kohl's and was told that my only option was to return box 1, get a refund, and repurchase. Been waiting now for more than 2 weeks for the promised refund.

Smashed Box and Parts. The Delivery Sucked.

Product is great. But the box came smashed and the lid and another part was damaged. Lowes required that I cancel that order and repurchase to be able to get a new lid. Soooooo.... I had to buy a whole grill in two large boxes. Wait for delivery of two large boxes and then return two large boxes to the store. The manufacturer would not send the parts individually because they were damages by Lowes delivery. I sent pics to the manufacturer, but you would think it would be much more efficient, timely, convenient and cost effective to send parts rather than a new delivery and a broken/open box return.

2 things I would like to suggest, the grease shelf should slide out of the front of the grill. Second the outside burner, burns way to hot even when it is set to the lowest heat level.

Weber move over !!!!

Best value for the buck. Even heat, an ignitor that actually works, a side burner that is not like trying to cook with a match, rounded shelf corners so they do not shread your cover thru abrasion. This has it all, for WAY less then a comparable Weber, plus it's a stainless steel shell. Would buy again in a heartbeat. My compliments to Monument for a great product at a reasonable price point.

Grill came in great shape, easy to put together and works great.

Stainless Propane/Natural Gas Grill

One of the best grills I've ever own!

Best grill I have ever owned - 41847NG

I bought the 41847NG after months of looking for a good quality and reasonably priced natural gas grill. This grill exceeded my expectations. Solid components and took my 3 1/2 year old grandson and me 2 1/2 hours to assemble. That included taking the propane to natural gas conversion kit out of my old grill. If you are doing this check to make sure the orifice measurement is the same ( mine was only .01 mm off). Hardest part was installing the side burner which they could improve on the instructions in the future. There was one small dent in my he left side table which I contacted Monument and had a replacement in a few days. (Their customer service is the best). This grill was really designed well. From the magnetic door latches, oversized rolling wheels to the pull-out-back bottom tray for easy cleaning, Monument has done an excellent job. So far I have cooked Boston Butt, ribeye steaks, chicken thighs, pork chops and, of course, some hamburgers and hot dogs on July 4th. All of them were amazing. I am 68 years old and have owned enough grills to know when you just made the right choice and got a winner. Price, style, construction, performance and Customer Service are all the best. Ordering from the website is a must. Saved about $50.00 from what I would have paid in the store AND got a grill cover and reversible griddle thrown in at no cost.

Took a little longer to put together but it was worth it. They even included some spare screws. This was a great investment.

Nice Grill for a Two Person Home

It was very easy to assemble. Looks Great on the patio! One small downfall ... temperature will not rise above 360° .... takes about 17-18 minutes to cook 3 hamburger patties; but they come out nice and juicy. Love the coating on the grates ... No Sticking!
