The grill is great but the service I received was outstanding

Stainless steel is Rust

I not like because the rust , I bought 2 months ago and is look like 10 years old , I ask on email whay an if can be fixed an they told me is from chemical, humidity..... I leave in Florida, yes is humidity, and I thing when I order you can tell the product is not good for the zone wit h high humidity, I not see this on site , I see is made from quality stainless steel . Not thrue, I fell sorry I bought this ,to much money for this product.

Never got part of my order, can't get a hold of customer service.

Ordered the grill on May. It was supposed to come by June 6th. We got no updates until after June 6th, I reached out and was told parts were back ordered.

My second giril from Monument, for my vacation house. Well constructed, affordable, and even-heating.

I Like It, so far

The grill took me about 2 hours to put together by myself and I have some physical limitations. I have only cooked to meals on the grill so far and found the grill to cook evenly and it is easy to accurately adjust temperatures. The grill is fairly sturdy, better than comparably priced competitors.

I was quite excited to get my new grill from Monument, and figured it best to buy it direct from them so that if there are any issues I would have history and support from the manufacturer. My grill arrived appearing to be in good shape, no noticeable damage to the shipping box. Upon setup and build of the unit a lot of pieces are dented, dinged, bent, etc. I finished assembly and amassed pictures which I submitted to Monument thru their support channels. Its now been 2 weeks since I submitted them and havent heard a word from them. Ive emailed them 3 times, and called leaving messages 2 times. Support doesnt seem to exist, so I am guessing it would be "good luck" if you ever need to get a warranty claim assist. Either way, I did use the grill and it worked fine, but their support and follow up should really improve.

Good grill, horrible customer service

Although I give the grill 3 stars I have to give customer support 0 stars. When inquiring about my order they informed me that it was on back order. The gave no indication during the purchase that it was going to be on back order. It took 3 weeks longer than what they promised and when I inquired again I was told “..be lucky you are getting one. Most people aren’t getting one until late July.”

Build Issue

The wire adapter from the battery pack does not connect to the other wire. It seems to have a different adapter. I tried calling customer service but they were closed. Sadly, there was no option to leave a message for a callback.
