Monumental!

I have owned a number of different grills, some far more expensive than this and was truly impressed with the quality of construction. Everything lined up properly, mostly precision machined fastening. My biggest concern after assembly was whether it would hold consistent heat because it’s very lightweight, but I’ve used it a couple times and it’s been great!

Perfect purchase

I was hesitant to buy a grill online but from the moment I hit buy the purchase was a good one. I received an email immediately and had constant follow up and a link to the shipping. We are thrilled with the grill and how well it cooks.

Takes time to put together but is easy enough. Burner knobs came scratched up but customer service is replacing them free of charge.

Good quality and assembly much easier than expected.

Too early to tell, but

Not good when you have to use the customer service email address multiple times. Original grill cover didn't fit, one week later no update how to return and receive one that fits other than we'll be in touch. Had to engage customer service to get package #2 of original grill shipment delivered. Specific to grill performance, only used a couple of times, the flames from fat drippiongs is an early concern as well as dripping outside of the pan containment area which could require more cleaning effort than with my previous grill.

Worked great for about a year

Grill was great for about a year. Then one knob started coming off - seems to be poorly designed and easily broken. Shortly afterwards, 2 small holes have burned through the thin metal separating the hot grill and the propane storage compartment. Any small amounts of grease now leaks down and on top of the propane tank. Very dangerous and poorly built.

Great grill!

Cooked with this grill five times now, and am very pleased. Good quality, especially for the price. Nice, even heat distribution, and easy to put together.

Exceeds Expectations

I'm in charge of assembly and clean up and both were easier than expected. We haven't cleaned the grates yet but the slide out base and grease pan make life easy. Husband is the cook and he's commented on how quickly the grill heats up and evenly cooks. Too early for 5 stars and I'm wondering how the silver finish is going to hold up and clean up over time - but so far this grill exceeded our expectations. A great value.

The burner does not work

Did not work returning the item and they didn't pick up the phone with the number provided that said to call if there is an issue with the item. Called several times. Will return and look somewhere else like lowes as they do help when needed.

Cancelled the purchase as soon as possible to buy a larger grill. Still waiting for my refund a month later. The second grill was delivered to the wrong address it was also supposed to be assembled it wasn't. Save yourself lots of time and don't purchase anything online from Home Depot
