no reflector plate
im very disappointed my smoker is missing the reflectors plate im supposed to start smoking meat tonight for a party tomorrow and now what i can't get ahold of noone this is tge second time walmart f me over
Horrible delivery and customer service
The item was dented and the trays that go inside the grill were all broken when we opened it. Had a very difficult time putting on the tray because it was dented so badly. According to other reviews this has been an ongoing issue that occurs during delivery. Walmart wants me to return the whole item and wait for me to get the money refunded and buy it again. I ordered this for thanksgiving dinner and this has been a huge inconvenience. They wouldn't just replace the grill grates. 😭

Great Product
First smoker I have ever purchased, and so far I am very happy with the Pitboss Austin XL. Smoked a tri tip this weekend low and slow for 6hrs and the results were amazing. Definitely looking forward to other meats and recipes!
