1 year review - Great Product

This product has been working great for a full year now. I have no complaints at this time.

Defective and no replacement.

The product was defected and it was the wrong order. I have been waiting for a replacement for over 3 weeks, but I have nothing yet, and I see the item that I originally ordered, but the store is claiming that they are awaiting for the warehouse. I am still being charged for an item not received.

Arrived with dings, and the bottom door doesn’t stay closed. Very cheaply made

The pump is very loud.

The pump is very loud. And it will pull almost every time you get water, thus fairly annoying.

This water cooler overall is very good however for me it has a couple flaws. There are 2 filters inside the bottom cavity where the water bottle goes. They are made to fit in the back left and back right corners. However whomever assembled the filter assembly cut the connecting tube between the two filters too short and they end up blocking the water container from sliding back completely. This prevents the door from closing properly. It's hit or miss as to whether or not the door will stay shut if you can shut it at all without alot of manuvering and manhandling the bottle. The second issue I had was that the filters themselves leave alot to be desired. The water still tastes highly of chlorine, like a swimming pool.

Overall, great product and water tastes great. I love how I don't have to go to the store to get water since this model comes with a bottle for tap water. However, the water pump and condenser are very loud compare to other brands on the market.

The bottom loader doesn't allow the 5 gallon to sit properly....so the door doesn't close all the way
