Pros: It looks great. Now that it is fixed, it swings freely. It is solidly built. It is easy to install. Cons: It did not swivel freely when I received it. I had to remove the bar, drill out the hole properly, relube the o-rings, and put the bar back. I gave two stars because most people would not be able or willing to fix the factory defect. Considering the price it should not have any. Otherwise, it is a great towel holder.

Looks very nice, and fit well into our bathroom renovation. My one complaint would be that the bar attaches to the base via set screw. As a result, it has already come loose twice, and I had to dig out an Allen wrench to reattach it.

I have been remodeling an old 1950's bathroom and have decided to go with oil rubbed bronze finish. I chose the Pfister Avalon series since I felt it had reasonable prices for what you got and the finish and heft of each of the accessories and handles were excellent. The towel ring is no exception. It is easy to install. All necessary hardware is included as well as instructions if you need it. The ring is well designed and holds the towel in quite nicely. There were zero blemishes on the towel ring and I am happy with the way it looks on the wall.

Installation was a breeze and took about 10 mins with the provided materials/instructions. Good but Large

I bought all the pieces in this line: the faucet, towel racks, TP holder, and this hand towel holder. I love the style and they are all very good quality. I just think this towel holder is way too large for a hand towel next to a sink. I was considering returning this and buying another TP holder and using it for a towel ring - the proportions are much better.
