My handshower hose arrived this week. So excited to receive. The shower hose is a Nicole color, this thing is heavy duty, and it is very flexible I like the flexible hose makes it so easy to remove and replace the shower head back on the shower. I will need to get a head that will fit me shower hose. I can't wait to get it assembled and be able to use it. Thank you so much Influenster, and A Xor shower solutions. I love it.

Bought a new Hansgrohe hand held shower that came with the plastic type hose, which is not only cheap looking, but it hangs terribly. Bought this metal one and it is really nice. Looks beautiful, hangs well.

I was hesitate to buy this because it was so much more expensive than my Delta original but I am really glad I did. Reviews really helped. This is so much easier in the shower. No kinks or twists. I was constantly trying to un-twist the previous one and getting water everywhere. I use it to clean the bath tub and it is excellent. Worth the price IMO.

If you are installing a Hansgrohe system in your shower this is an essential upgrade from the stock shower hose. There may be cheaper alternatives but we went with this model.

I find it disappointing that these hoses only last about 5 years. The plastic ones are much worse, would not recommend those. But I don't have another choice (that I am aware of) because my shower fixtures are with this brand.

Very nice hose. I thought it was to expensive until I called my local plumbing supply. A comparable Delta hose in brushed nickel was $110 plus tax ($21 more). My old Delta metal looking plastic hose looked crappy and its small inner hose restricted water flow. The Hansgrohe inner hose is larger, it improved water flow. Another nice feature is the swivel connectors on both ends. No more twisted hose, hangs straight and It looks very impressive too. Well worth it for equipment we use every day.

For a metal encased hose, this is surprisingly supple. The hose drapes smoothly like a rope made of silicone. And the swivel joints at each end ensure that it won't kink or twist. The connections screw on easily and do not leak - not even drip. It looks like a very high-quality item. Very well made. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Had Grohe hose and started leaking after one year. This one looks very well made (in Germany) soft, all metal outside, swings very well. Update, 5/2015 Not sure what is supposed to be a life of them, but this one leaked after 16 moths.
