Great Patio Heater

Gave this to my son and daughter in law as a Christmas gift. They really like it!! Looks great on their patio.

Great product!!!

My son bought this product for me in February and did not get around to putting it together. I have it assembled now in October and love it!!! We have had a barbeque and a couple of dinner parties and this product puts out the heat. Everyone was commenting how nice it look and how they wish they had one to sit out in cooler weather and eat on patio.

Can't be beat

20 minute assembly and you're good to go!

Had trouble getting it started despite following the instructions to the letter. Called the company and they helped (they told us to bang on the connection 10 times, which worked!) Now like the unit just fine.

First Storm Broke Reflector

Really wanted to love this heater, but it has a few too many flaws. Overall the quality seems a bit ramshackle - unit tilted noticeably at a slight angle after assembly. Blew over in first storm of season; reflector is now bent and needs replacing.

There are lower cost options out there with a little lower BTU output. We like this one with the color design and the small round table top for drinks. The first time I tried to light it up was not successful but after quite a few tries, it lights up and working fine. So I just need to practice.

We assembled this pretty easily! Have used it twice and both times it took over ten minutes for it to light. Reading other reviews again reminded me that some had trouble with the igniter. When we get it to work, it gives off decent heat and everyone loves it. But it should not be so hard to light. I will contact customer service for sure. Keep this in mind when you choose a patio heater.

I would give it excellent because I love it, but the igniter quit after second use. I now use a lighter to ignite the flame. It is beautiful and heats our outdoor patio area well.

For the price of this patio heater, the quality was extremely poor. Several of the rivets that were used to put on the door, latch, and body were broken off when I opened the box. I had to go out and purchase a rivet gun and rivets in order to even make it usable. The pole mount that holds the heater head is also not straight causing it to look like it is tilted about 2 inches from vertical top to bottom. This heater's cost was quite a bit higher than others with the same supposed features. Due to the lack of quality craftsmanship of this patio heater, I would not recommend any of the AZ Patio Heater line at all.
