I would definitely buy these bar stools again! they are great quality, easy to put together and look great with our kitchen style

Stool is ok but not high quality.

I had the stool for 6 weeks and one of the spools snapped making it unstable to sit. I have been trying to replace a replacement part but there doesn't seem to be a way to make a request. I'd like to keep the stool and only replace the part but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Super nice looking stools with beautiful wood finish. Love how easy these were to put together.

The stool is probably one of the finst quality wood products I have ever purchased on the Web - or anywhere. This product exceeds all the quality standards I expect and it shocked me how beautiful the wood and seat are, not to mention how thick the wood is and how easy to nicely reassemble. One of my smartest purchaes!

They crack.

Bought two of these chairs about 3 years ago. Both chairs have cracks where the seat plate bolts to the legs. Actually had bought a third one and it had a crack at the top of the leg when I opened the box.

These chairs are beautiful but don't buy them. The screws that hold the legs together when you are assembling do not catch. They seem fine until any weight is put on the stool and they pop right out. All 3 stools I bought and assembled are now broken due to this defect with the leg screws that are embedded in the legs themselves. So it's not like you can just swap it out for a longer screw.

Beautifully made, love the wood stain, perfect for a modern or mid century look. We purchased the 24” stool for our counter height island and it fits nicely.

Assembly nightmare.

Stool looks great. Assembly is a nightmare. Ordered 2 stools. One of the A/B side rails on 1st stool was made too large. I had to whittle down the ends, then use a wood rasp to make it even smaller, before it would fit. Then had to touch up raw unfinished wood with stain and sealer. Decided to tackle the 2nd stool the next day. Side rails worked fine. Got 3 of the 4 long screws set for cross-piece that holds the legs in place as well as base for seat. Last screw would not go in no matter what I tried. Took out 3 screws, and was able to secure the one that wouldn't work. But then other 3 screws would not go in. Took everything apart at least 4 times. Made sure the nuts in the legs were not stripped--they weren't. Tried again by loosening the rails. Got 2 screws in (across from each other). Remaining 2 refuse to catch. Tried with washers, reversing washers, one washer, one locking-washer, no washers. Nothing will get the last 2 screws to catch. Over 90 minutes of trying to assemble the stool with no success. Then, the Allen wrench broke. Not sure if I'm returning the stools, using them firewood, or heading to the hardware store to try to find slightly longer screws. Sigh.

Nice comfortable seat.

Overall good stools, but the “brass” discolored pretty quickly & the silver underneath comes through. It seems they’re just metal with a light coating to look like brass. But, they were easy to remove & then I sprayed with a Rust-oleum metallic spray that looks similar to brass & they look so much better.

Good quality and impressive barstools

High quality barstools got 4 bar height stools - one has a couple of parts missing, but will be getting replacement in a couple of days. A little tricky to assemble because of long screws supplied are a bit short - got new ones from **** (adds to the cost by *$ - it was easy afterwards.

Great stool for my kids

I bought 4 of these stools and the color was consistent between them and they were easy to assemble. I had one stool that arrived damaged and the company quickly sent me a replacement. Solid wood and can’t beat the price! The bottom of the legs have a round plastic piece that keeps the stool from scratching up my wood floors.
