Nice rug but had thick splinters of wood throughout

This rug pulled my whole living room together. Looks great. It's a little more gray than I wanted but the overall effect is still really nice. My one complaint is there were sharp pieces of wood stuck throughout the rug that I stepped on a couple of times. Ouch. I had to go inch by inch over the entire rug pulling thick wood splinters out of it being careful not to pull the wool. Now that it's barb-free, it's great.

Love this rug! Great quality and something you would expect to see at one of those pricer stores. A lot of texture in the rug so vacuum regularly to avoid crumbs getting stuck

My favorite rug! So beautiful!

This has to be a trick of the camera because this awful rug looks nothing like the perfect neutral rug advertised in these photos. It’s thick (which is fine) with lots of *big* black spots that make it look overall black and white. I called immediately after opening to process this return. A mess!

Stunning wool rug that gives the right amount of texture and warmth

Pretty but not practical

This is a beautiful rug IF you don't plan to get a lot of foot traffic on it, have a pet, and/or have kids - basically this is NOT a family friendly rug. Important to note that is not easily cleaned. Even on the lowest suction vacuum setting it starts to pull at the loops/create a hairy, frayed look. There are what looks like cotton balls everywhere. Really wish I could return this rug. Because we purchased the largest size - it was thousands of dollars and I just regret it so much. I was sold on all the positive reviews, but unfortunately after one month of use it looks like we've had it for years. I clean a lot since we are a large family + dog and it is not holding up. Save your money - or place in a model home/low traffic zone only. If you have pets - strongly consider it's near impossible to vacuum any hair from shedding. It gets embedded into the texture of the rug and is nearly impossible to remove. Pretty but not practical.

Very disappointed. This beige rug did not come close to being beige at all. The color did not vary from being handmade. Lots of dark brown and even gray contrast throughout.

Cambridge Season Grey Ivory Brown rug

The rug really warmed up the room visually and heat-wise. It was quite thick. It came well wrapped to protect it from the bad weather. The edges were slightly curved up from being rolled, but I just bent them in the opposite way and now the rug sits flat. It feels great under foot.

Wrong color but nice rug.

I had to return the rug because the color of the rug had too much brown. The rug itself was very nice it just didn’t fit my decor.

Lovely Rug

Rug was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent packaging . The weave and pile is a bit thicker than I thought. It looks great in my bonus room. Pleased with my purchase. I will certainly purchase again through Incredible Rugs .

Such a good looking rug. I needed a rug to modernize a space, and this one was perfect. It has a bit of 'taupe/brown' in the weave, and that makes it look so current. The photos don't do it justice.

Plush beautiful rug

This rug has beautiful dark and light blue accent lines on an ivory base. It is thick and plush. We are using it under a bed with a rug pad. Looks great.

I thought we'd need a thick rug pad to get the right cushiony feel, but not needed after all. Our space is Modern Rustic but I could see this working just as perfectly in a beachy or farmhouse setting. When it's finished, our space will be furnished with dark leather furniture, accents of blues/teals, natural hickory floors and tons of natural daylight. I'll post photos when it's all put together. This rug is worth it!
