Will lock up after 5 years

They look good but, like everyone else has mentioned, they lock up. I broke my cartridge trying to get my handle off and now I'm stuck without a sink until I can figure out how to repose it. Pfister is a great company but this seems like a poor design.

We bought this faucet 6 months ago, It has poor quality and important pieces are made of plastic. The plastic nut that connects the water supply line to the faucet, broke and the water line got disconnected. The water poured on the floor, into the master bedroom and flooded the carpet and the pad then the water went down into the ceiling, in the garage. We had to remove the carpet, replace the pad and reinstall and clean the carpet.

NOTE: All of the "bad" reviews say the same thing. Pfister really needs to take care of this prob...

This was purchased to replace an existing 3 year old Pasadena 8 in faucet which had failed when the cold water faucet froze up. We liked its looks so bought what we thought to be an exact replacement. Above the sink, it is identical, but underneath, it is much different. Hopefully it will be longer lasting. It was quite easy to install. We attempted to remove the old faucets for repair, but were frustrated by the large locking nut which could not be turned by conventional plumbing tools. Finally, we found a large socket, used for hot water heater element removal, which fit. Be certain to save the large plastic tubular nut driver which comes with the faucet for possible future removal.

Sturdy and Attractive

We purchased two of these for our double vanity replacement project. It's been 5 months and they have just been fantastic. Love the design and it's great because I dropped my diamond pendant down the faucet and panicked but was quickly calmed when all I had to do was unscrew the drain stopper to look down the pipe shaft, then under the cabinet simply unscrew both fittings which was effortless. I easily pulled down the curved pipe, tipped the water out and with it came my pendant! These are by far the best faucets I've ever had. I have long hair and at first had Drano on hand but those days are over because when you unscrew the drain stopper you can pull out all of the hair that over time has gone through but collects right around the stopper. Now that's a money saver if I ever knew it. These are all wonderful features to have in a faucet. You don't want to just buy for looks but also for function. We are very happy customers!

Sleek design, easy to install

I am a female who does not have much handyman skills. I used Delta faucets in the past and was very pleased with their quality. I installed drain pipes of a utility sink in the past once but never installed any faucets before.
