Very easy to install!. It took a little longer to get the orders shipped. Once received it was about 10 minutes to install it. Anyone can do it. I am very pleased with the looks and how is so easy to replace the paper rolls. I ave replace two on different restrooms.

Not universal - Doesn't fit your standard toilet paper roll length... The company should have accounted for this by adding a little extra space on either side... Ugh.
