Trusted Kohl’s But Disappointed

Arrived damaged in torn packaging without hardware. Hassle returning it to the store but customer service reps there were great. Reordered through another retailer at better price but in the lighter gray. Nice bed for guest room. Attractive, sturdy enough. Doesn’t come with mattress.

The bed arrived with some damages. I reached out to customer service and we were able to settle the problem. When assembled, the bed is beautiful, the color and design are modern and functional. I’ve been using the bed for almost a year now and it does not seem to be durable. The wooden slats are not strong enough to hold a Serta pillow top mattress. The wooden board that’s meant to prevent the trundle from sliding all the way in is now bent or curving outward which is probably from the weight of the mattress. Overall, good bed but maybe use a different type of mattress for the main bed, the trundle mattress must also be 7” or less to smoothly slide in and out of the bed frame. QA also needs to inspect item before delivering.

This bed is the most gorgeous bed and it looks like a giant couch!!! The modern design and detail are very unique. I am using the trundle as a storage unit for shoes and extra bedding. The design is so comfortable you feel like your sleeping on a cloud! But make sure you order a “shot queen mattress” especially made for beds like this!!!!!!
