I bought this exact door knob for another door on my house about 7 years ago. I have no complaints so when I needed another basic door knob, I bought the same one. It has gone through 7 years of harsh winters, rain & hot sun & it still looks good. Very reasonable too!

Deadbolt was a little tricky to get right For some reason the first try had the key only work to move the deadbolt but not lock and release the key. I think it had to do with the alignment of the inside part of the lock. I got iron the third try - still a great product and the only entry lock brand I trust.

worthless instructions and nonfunctional

Instructions are apparently for an entirely different model, also depict multiple items of hardware that are not in fact included. I also cannot get the interior lock button to move at all with the knob assembled, in or out of the door, and turning the key does not cause it to lock, so in addition to the worthless instructions that blasted thing just flat doesn't work. Now I have to drive 30 miles to the store to return this trash.

Works great. Nothing fancy for an traditional door. Had a ball style knob that was hard to turn due to size. This is easy to use and dead bolt is nice.

Two screws to hold the two main pieces together were not made tough enough to withstand the screw drill bit’s spinning pressure and were totally ruined. Also the slots to hold chrome plates in place were designed too shallow/not deep enough to click the plates in place. However, good functionality and durability are detected.

Very poor design

What could have been a great product is a big flop.
