Expensive Trash

This item is expensive trash that was fraudulently sold to me as a "luxury appliance". I have had it serviced upwards of 10 times in the 5 years I've had it. It is now Thanksgiving and it won't light at all and P.C. Richard has failed to honor the expensive service contract. Go somewhere else and buy literally anything else.

Avoid if possible

Oven is very finicky, makes loud annoying clicking sounds, and often doesn’t actually light when you turn it on. Also doesn’t get over 450F which isn’t even high on its thermometer. Center burner on range often struggles to stay lit. Shiny stainless steel looks nice but Would not recommend.

Poor after-sale product support

Avoid purchasing Bertazzoni gas ranges in the Northeast USA because (1) of the scarcity of technicians qualified to repair these ranges; and (2) poor warranty support.

Avoid purchasing Bertazzoni gas ranges in the Northeast USA because (1) of the scarcity of technicians qualified to repair these ranges; and (2) the warranty administrators with which Bertazzoni contracts (a) regularly misplace records of proof-of-purchase, serial numbers etc. that consumers provide; (b) fail to maintain staff such that a consumer has to explain issues over and over again to different representatives; and (c) make consumer jump through hoops to get a range repaired.

Received a broken stove!

I received a broken stove that they are unable to install because the line inside the stove gas a gas leak. This stove was $15,000! AJ Madison is offering to repair it instead of replacing it with a new stove in working condition. This is a nightmare!

Thanks for quick delivery. The design is so nice and performs OK except a bended panel on left side. I worried it at the beginning but so far no problem for its function.

[Rewarded Review] Italian for garbage

bought this expensive bit of trash three years ago. within the first couple months the oven glass exploded. then the digital controller and internal thermometer stopped working. it became stuck on digital probe mode. glass was replaced. heat warped. replaced. and then exploded one more. all while still being stuck in food probe mode and not turning on 50% of the time.

Don't buy a Bertazzoni

Bertazzoni is garbage! I had 2 over 18 months. Significant issues and many repairs on both. They replaced both when the door shattered on self-clean. Now I have a different brand.

a great range

induction is for sure the way to go. so much better than gas! Bertazonni offers a sophisticated style at a more reasonable price. I have never used anything else so really can't compare the performance to others. But for the looks alone it's worth the money.

We have been unable to use it, as of yet, waiting on plumber to set up the propane line to hook up the stove. Will let you know how it is when it's hooked up!

Love it worth it

36 inch. I love cooking on stove and oven is great. I purchased the gas stainless steel in 2021. Takes a little time to get use to it. Cooking is faster.

Good but has flaws

My kitchen is small and this is the only higher end 24” freestanding range I could find. Good flame power and looks great. Haven’t tried the oven yet but the oven door is crooked by 1/4” which is disappointing at this price point.

Excellent Induction Range for Less

We purchased this range for our remodeled kitchen when other more expensive induction ranges were back-ordered. We had always owned gas ranges, but are very pleased with this purchase. It's on par with the fancier induction ranges from well known brands that we have tested before, but for less $. It boils very fast, has a high degree of control over the temperature, and many oven settings. We really wanted manual controls (knobs) instead of a touchscreen. The oven is surprisingly spacious with many rack positions that are numbered for easy identification. It does run hotter than the temperature knob indications, but we'd rather that than not hot enough, and it's consistent. Heats evenly. Have roasted turkeys, ham, made pizza, baked bread, etc. all with great success. We like that the oven light is always on when the oven is on, making it easy to see inside and know that it's running.

We love this range, flush design blends seamlessly with the counter top and cabinets. Easy to use powerful burners that are very precise. High quality stainless steel that is easy to clean.
