Quality is questionable
We purchased this oven in mid-2023. By December 2023 the oven stopped working. Discovered that the oven/broiler igniter had failed and needed to be replaced. Kucht was quick to ship out a replacement and it was a relatively easy repair that I was able to do. Now its December 2024 and the igniter has failed yet again. This is a problem that should not keep happening with an oven and tells me there is obviously something more fundamentally wrong with the oven or the quality of their parts. I shouldn't have to keep replacing parts on an oven each year. An oven one-fifth the cost would be more dependable.
