COS-965AGC stove

Just installed this when my old stove went out. Seems like a quality stove. Some of the knobs were slightly bent so they would scrape when turned but with a little push they adjusted fine.

Lowes is a very hard to do business with.

The delivery guys were awesome. but we basically had to tear all the plastic off, install the handle. And you did not send the attachments for propane. That wasn't mentioned.

Cosmo Range Nightmare

We have this range. We purchased it two years ago when we were doing a kitchen remodel. This range is a complete nightmare. It’s beautiful but, it's difficult to set the clock and every time there’s a power outage you have to reset the clock otherwise the oven will not start. You also have to buy an external thermometer to check the actual temperature once the oven is on because it does not give you any kind of confirmation once the oven is heated to the correct temperature.

The oven fan stays on a long time and is very noisy. It was delivered and the bottom panel below the oven door was dented. The manufacturer did send us a replacement.

BUYER BEWARE ADDENDUM

Since I posted my review "Buyer Beware" the stove is broken again. The front left burner will not stay lit, back to the same problem I had two months after I bought it.

BUYER BEWARE

Purchased this range in January of 2022 and within just a few months it needed repair because the burners would not stay lit. It took me almost two months to get the manufacturer to schedule a technician to come out and repair it. About 9 months later, the stove broke again. This time the company told me that I was outside of the warranty period and that I would have to pay for the repair myself. (they did supply the part). Because of the design of the stove it was a very involved and expensive repair. It was not outside the warranty period, and even if it had been (by a day or so), why wouldn't this company stand behind their product? Two repairs on a brand new stove? NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!

Great Range

We remodeled our kitchen and switched back to a gas stove and I absolutely love it!! The adjustable legs make it easy to adjust the height to match your counter top. The heat level is easy to balance. The oven is quiet. We love the 5th burner for the WOK. We love the style and look with our new cabinets.

Beautiful Range

I bought this range a few weeks ago. I love it. I just got it installed, and it looks great in my kitchen.

What an oven!

This oven is an absolute beast! I use it daily. It looks beautiful and makes cooking even more tolerable.

Broken within a year

I bought this oven becuase it was attractive looking and I wanted a retro looking free-standing gas oven. But within a year, the ignitor broke in the oven itself. Thankfully it was within a few weeks of the one year warranty expiring so Cosmo had a third party fix the part (after 2 months of follow up). Now, another year later, the replacement part has broken, again. This time, on my dime. For $2,000, this range should last longer than ONE year. Do not buy!

As advertised

Bought this as an upgrade when we remodeled there kitchen and I could not be happier. It's beautiful and cooks to perfection. It took a little while to get used to the different burners but once we did it was smooth sailing.

Range stared beeping then the oven and convection fan doest works propertly.Not recomended this Range at all.Forno Brand is better.

Excellent Stove

My stove door had broken and I had to get a new stove. I am very Please with my 36’ Cosmo Freestanding Range (Gas)

Rich and appealing presentation!

We recently finished installing this all gas commercial range in a renovated apartment with limited space. All of the prospective tenants who looked at the apartment commented favorably on the rich clean new look. It's a win-win-win for us, our new tenant, and for Cosmo!

Love 36 Inch Stove

My husband wanted an upgrade over our 30 inch stove with microwave above set-up. I didn't want to spend the extra money on a hood and 36 inch stove, but I am so glad we did. This was one of the more affordable 36 inch stoves that we looked at, but still feels very high end. This is my first experience with Cosmo appliances and we are very happy!
