Dont buy this stove

Stove stopped working after a week. Dealing with Koolmore is a nightmare. 7 people involved between emails and countless phone calls. Everyone said something different and there is no accountability. Apparentley they don't know who their supervisor is to file any complaints you may have. Waiting still on the replacement. If it doesn't work I will be getting a refund. Luckily they put all of their lies in writing via email so I will have a case. Save yourself the aggravation and don't get this.

NOT WORKING EXTRA INSURANCE USELESS

Guy delivered it and left it on street in rain after I paid extra to have it delivered/unpacked/sat inside. Had to move it inside by myself. Now, the oven will not heat up, baking thermometer shows 325 when set to 400. Allstate Prot #, tells me to file a claim on website-website says to call #. Speak to rep, tells me to call Kool more. Warranty cost $295/5-year. Kool more business hrs on Friday, 9-1pm. EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE A RIP OFF. WHY DO I PAY SOMEONE IF I HAVE TO DO THE WORK?

Within two weeks the oven stopped working completely and have been waiting for days for a call back from manufacturer.

Unknown name but good range

It bakes really well. Love the pizza setting. Cooks great. Inside oven capacity a little smaller than expected but still holds enough.

Horrible Company

Worked great for a few months. Stopped working last August and have had 2 repair companies and about 10 visits with no resolution. I was told at least 5 times since November that this would be the last visit and then they would send a new stove but kept changing their minds. The first repair company refused to come back after 5 visits and the 2nd said we need a new stove. 10 months later the issue has still not been resolved. Stay away from this brand!!

Horrible Koolmore Customer Service

Mine arrived and we placed it in our garage while contractors finished a kitchen reno. When we unboxed the range much later, it showed damage to the casing. What was very perplexing was that there was absolutely no evidence of damage to the box/crate. This thing was probably damaged before it was boxed! But, because we didn’t open it within 48 hrs, Koolmore would not fix it or replace it. So, Koolmore ships off a damaged (expensive) range and refuses all accountability for their product…because we didn’t open the packaging within 48 hrs. Wow. They did give me $200, however, although it was a bit like pulling teeth to get it — they threw up plenty of obstacles to try and dissuade me from getting it. Needless to say, I didn’t buy its replacement from Koolmore. I bought a Forno. Just as an aside, check out the difference in crating between the two manufacturers. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Excellent Range

We have always gone with gas stove but decided to switch it up and take advantage of the solar panels. We have zero complaints on this product. It heats up quick and have no issue with it cooking uneven. It does everything we need and has a ton of cooking space. Does not come with a plug but it is easy to install one with just a few screws. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting an electric range!

Delivery people brought back my faith in Lowes.

Had problems in the beginning of this order but everybody involved in the delivery went above and beyond their job to make this delivery happen, especially the men that delivered this item today, 03/28/24.

Oven

I used my oven once. My oven worked once. My brand new oven I’m not even joking worked once. 2k for an appliance that worked once. It is being returned on Monday.

Dont buy anything from lowes.

Lowes is terrible. Especially the Canton store.

Perfectly Beautiful

Great addition to our new kitchen. Easy to use, many features. Works great, easy to install. Had to upgrade our electric because original was done in 1987 but all went smoothly.

Great stove for an updated look

Great looking stove overall. The wiring is a pin since you have to remove the entire back panel. Also be warned. The front door of the oven gets incredibly hot. If you have kids and they touch the metal around the door it will burn them.

Excellent purchase for our new kitchen

We are so happy we decided to purchase this for our new kitchen remodel. It not only looks nice and high end. It keeps the heat consistent. The 5 burners are a great feature that fits any pans/pots. Very easy to use for everyone, even our teens. Oven size is a great size.

Great quality

We live in a 5th wheel full time and doing anything with the provided oven and cooktop is impossible. I asked my husband if he would remove the existing unit and install this. Best decision ever. Lots of room to bake and it’s quiet. Love the look and it is finger print resistant which is nice when grands come. So convenient and so much better than what I had. I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great for a large family

We just started fostering and added a few additional little ones to our family. Our last stove could not handle all the extra work and gave out on us. When searching to replace it, we found this awesome option. All the burners give us the room we need to cook larger quantities at one. And, no matter what is everyone wants, it all cooks evenly. It looks great and matches our existing appliances. It has far exceeded my expectaions.

I am really am loving my new KoolMore gas range! It cooks everything evenly. This little oven is amazing. The controls are easy to use and it looks so sleek. Happy with purchase
