Overall great spa

Love the SaluSpa in terms of depth, heating and ease of set up. The WiFi feature is really frustrating. Have to re-add the spa ever 3 or 4 days as it loses the WiFi connection.

I love it but the filters need to be changed very often. Loses heat pretty quickly and takes a bit to heat up a few degrees. I would still recommend it. We love having warm water outside no matter what.

Love it!! So easy to put up. I did it by myself in short time. And took 24 hours to get my cold water up to 104 degree’s. Ah relaxing.

My husband and I have used it every night since we got it. I keep it at 104⁰, because after the bubbles are turned on it drops about 2⁰. It is the perfect size for 2 people to have room or 4 people if y'all are close friends. The extra Energy Sense cover is great and I'm glad to have it in case it hails. It's super convenient to be able to control it with my phone via the app. You will need to buy some chemicals to keep your water clean and safe, as you would with any hot tub. The plastic that it's made of is very thick and seems quite durable. I put some of those foam floor tiles under it before filling it to give it a little more cushion and to help it maintain its temp. I highly recommend, and have told quite a few people the same!

I've owned the hot tub for 2 weeks now and have used it everyday so far so good it came well packaged and easy to assemble

It’s not heating up as it should. It has to stay set at 104 degrees and will hardly reach 94.

This thing is a nightmare. The instructions weren’t clear. The app is confusing. I wanted to set a schedule for it to heat up but it’s almost impossible to figure out and I’m fairly intelligent. the app kept crashing when I first loaded it. That could’ve been my phone but I don’t know. I don’t have app problems any other time. It’s just not what I expected. I’m sure I’ll get used to it or just let it sit in the yard until I’m tired of looking at it.

Well, while the product seems great, I pray you do not have to return it. Between poor customer service and repackaging, it was nearly impossible and definitely takes 2-3 people to get it all back in the original box. Mine came with a tear and instead of sending a replacement to that part, I had to return the entire thing.
