Great Quality!
I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this spa compared to others I have purchased in the past. Very solid and strong construction which makes it virtually tear and puncture resistant. Perfect size and depth of water and good strength of power jets. 5 STARS!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SPA!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY the way to go for ANYONE who wants the peace and relaxation of sitting in a hot spa at the end of a long day. I impulsively purchased it about a week ago and have used it daily since setting it up. There are facebook groups for inflatible hot tub owners. The group shares great tips on how to keep your tub running smoothly. 12/10 would 💯 buy again. Please note this spa does not have lighting inside the tub (which was not a big deal for me).

Horrible customer service nobody knows what's going on. Ask for a simple coupling and they said they don't know what that is.

My inflatable hot tub was easy to set up. It’s been easy to navigate the controls. The jets are very relaxing. The tub itself is spacious but 6 people would be tight.

We know it's for four people but for just my husband and I it's better. more room. its great in hot weather, like a pool. But in the winter or colder weather it's amazing.
Heater
The heater will not heat the water sufficiently never would heat to 104 or matter of fact never got above 93 after being plug all in all night and will not hold the temperature very disappointed!!!

The pump keeps throwing codes. You can’t heat it up with the cover on and heating it up with the cover off takes a really long time.
Not disappointed
There are no actual jets, just little holes in an inflated ring around the bottom. The bottom is very soft and comfortable. Filters do not last long and don’t seem to be reusable after cleaning them.
We love this it works great and it is thick material not flimsy at all 5 out 5 wont be disappointed
