I love my spa hot tub.. The only thing I don’t like is having to change the filter because the E02 keeps coming up and it will stop heating up. Maybe ou can inform me on what I’m doing wrong. The instructions aren’t very clear to what I’m supposed to do.. I got it because I was having sciatica pain in my back and legs. I haven’t had it a month yet.

The heater doesn't work. I plugged it in, and there was an alarm that went off. The heater won't turn on. Is there someone who could come to my location to do the work?

Simple set up, I had a Coleman hot tub before and this one definitely is better I love it the company has done some nice upgrades thicker very durable construction love the additional cover to retain the heat and protect from cold weather. Compares to my 6000.00 hot tub purchased years ago this one has more jets

We have owned regular hard wired hot tubs, but when we wanted a hot tub for the cooler months we decided to try out the saluspa. Coleman had the best rating but our first one was round and it was great, easy to use but required constant cleaning. We decided to try the Colman square tub with the freeze cover and found it to be much better. More room and the construction and materials were much better. The dual cover system aloud us to have it in colder temperatures and it still maintained 104°. The Bluetooth controls let you check the temp without being there. We were able to set the pump for 700 hours when we left for a few days.

Had this hot tub for 39 days and the control tower stopped working . Now a big hassle to get it replaced .thanks for nothing

We absolutely love it! This hot tub is a great go if you want to try one out and don’t want to pay thousands of dollars. The walls are sturdy and the jets are strong. I only wish it were somehow insulated so that it would maintain constant temperature longer. The bluetooth function leaves a lot to be desired.

This is our second hot tub, the first didn’t work at all and Bestway’s customer service is the worst in the industry - look it up. BBB rating of 1. Fortunately Home Depot took the bad one back without issue.
