We bought this in white, with R sided lever handle. We wanted a toilet with a cleaner design on outside bottom, for an easier clean. This is that. Nice looking. Our installer was not certain with the black plastic trap that comes, but we hope it is long lasting. One thing with shipping, it comes in 2 boxes from fedex, with 2 different tracking numbers. Our 2nd box got lost & install was snagged up.

Well made comfortable seat. Powerful flush removes waste completely. Stays clean longer do to the circular flush. Also love the sleek clean sides that don't attract dust. Very happy with my purchase and I do recommend this product.

Nice sleek toilet with great finish. The flush is good and strong. The flush handle feels clumsy and could have been more sturdy. I did not receive the covers for the side holes as part of package.

Toilet by itself is very good and shipping was free which is big deal for its size and weight, however it was missing some parts.

Excellent toilet not available at home improvement store. Paid a little more but it was worth it. Excellent Kohler toilet!

Took three attempts to get one that wasn’t used when I went to pick up. Also was missing a piece in this one but the plumber improvised to get the install finally done.

We have just had this toilet installed so it has not been used much. I can really only comment on the quality and that is excellent. It's slim profile works well in our bathroom. Make sure you read the fine print - there is no supply line included. We had to run out and purchase one for the plumber.

Did not have the cleaning tank I expected

I love this toilet. The tank was delivered cracked. Wayfair worked with the retailer to exchange the tank. It did take a few weeks longer than expected.

Love the Function + Design

When we purchased this model, we were looking to upgrade our sad, inherited toilet that struggled to flush and was a pain to keep clean. Problem solved: The Betello Comfort Height with skirted trapway looks clean (inside & out) and packs a powerful flush! We love the elongated bowl and smaller tank, conserving water. The contemporary design works well in our transitional bathroom. Only (minor) problem was that the tank lid inside got chipped in transit, but the damage wasn't visible and didn't affect the way the product fit together. All in all, very happy with this purchase!

Very happy with the purchase. Love the seamless design. Super easy to clean and sleek looking. The swirl flush tech is absolutely a must. Would recommend this any day.

7.2.22 Update: The toilets are wonderful, hired plumbers to install and they were apparently not that difficult to do. They fit beautifully in the same space as my old toilets. Love not having that "ledge" on the bottom that collects dirt/hair and yuck. I am unable to rate the 2 toilets because they have not been installed yet. But my research before purchase indicates that I should be very satisfied with this model. I found these toilets at a sale price when compared to other sites. My only unhappiness was the delivery, which is not Wayfairs' fault, but the delivery happened out of the blue, the proposed delivery date we were given happened a week sooner (and ordinarily that would be a good thing) but we were not expecting a delivery and so were not home. Wayfair told us the delivery company would contact us by text, email or both, and that we would be able to change the delivery date/time if we so desired. Imagine our surprise to see 4 huge heavy cardboard boxes sitting in our driveway. . .it could have been a stormy day and then the boxes would have been all wet, or the boxes could have been taken had we been away overnight or longer, and my poor husband had no help getting the boxes inside and was quite upset over pulling his back. I contacted Wayfair about it and they verified the lack of contact. I certainly hope Wayfair contacted the shipper about it and stops working with them if they continue this pattern of non-communication. I'll be glad to review the toilet performance after install.

Can you love a toilet Because I love this toilet. My apartment is in a pre-war building so the toilet in the master bath was quite dated and was in need of an update. This toilet works well, looks great, and is a good height (if you’re on the taller side). I also added a bidet attachment from tushy and the experience has been life changing!

Very well designed

We are very impressed with the 360 swirl washing action. Also the narrower toilet seat is very comfortable. My only complaint is the moaning of the tank to the bowl could use some improvement. It is difficult to get the nut started underneath and also to seal it properly. The alignment of the three holes was not perfect.
