Love our bio bidet

We just bought our first bidet. I was waffling between bidet 2000 or kohler. I am glad we bought bio bidet 2000

It was great to start…

The seat began to discolor and the representatives blamed it on our body oils and hygiene. Even the seat that had never been used has discolored. They agree to make an exception for 1 of the units we have but all 5 units are still under the 5 year warranty yet they want me to assume costs for all others.

Poor quality, high price, junk.

First seat ordered arrived damaged with no signs of damage to the box it arrived in. I believe it was shipped damaged. Second seat arrived and appears undamaged, until I installed it. The seat assembly is poring out water from inside the control unit and flooded the bathroom before I could shut it off. Very difficult to contact Beamis and thus I’m having to go buy a cheap toilet seat and remove all the plumbing so we will have a toilet. I do not recommend the discovery DLS seat. I’m out $749.

Bio Bidet Amazing

I bought this bidet several months ago and it has been the best purchase. It took me months to pull the trigger on a a bidet because you want to pick the best one. This has everything I wanted heated seat, air dry, temperature controlled water. I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top notch bidet. Highly recommended. It came with all the pieces and nozzles so installation took literally 10 minutes. Highly recommended again.

Best product!

My family has been using biobidet for years now. This was a gift from my father, the BB-2000. I can say that it is by far the best bidet I have used. I especially love the turbo feature! It's very intuitive and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Beautiful but

Design Flaw? The control console is molded into the unit and positioned like an armrest on a chair. Unsupported cantilever. If one were to lean on it getting up or down I believe it would break and would not be repairable. I should have got one with a remote console, my error. Looks great though!

2year review!

We bought the BB2000 hoping it would be easier for me a low back pain/Sciatica sufferer.

Great Bidet

This bidet was easy to install. It took me less than 30 minutes from unboxing to finishing the install. The seat is comfortable, the soft close works great, and the functions work flawlessly.

First Bidet Experience Couldn't Be Better!

This was out first Bidet for my partner and I and we're really glad we made the move! After watching countless reviews on YouTube, and reading user reviews on Reddit, we settled on the Bb2000.

Great while it lasted

Got this as a gift, loved it installed easy worked great ,after about 14 months the pump would not stop running, email them about the problem ,was given a method to reset it ,didn't work ,emailed about replacement parts was told none are available so now I have a 400 dollar toilet seat!! Poor customer service!

Life Changing

I have been wanting a bidet for many years and finally purchased the BB-2000. I am very hygiene conscious “down there” and was skeptical if this bidet would actually work. To my surprise, there was absolutely no residue after a simple 2 min wash. The fan is a great addition for drying. Simple to install, and the remote is easy to understand. I just wish the seat/bidet was a little slimmer. It’s a pretty big unit. I now look forward to using the bathroom :D

Charged For Return AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The Company's website froze and my order did not go through. I placed the order again. I confirmed via email checking on the order (which was late) that I only purchased two products. Company sent 4 products under the same order number and then refused a refund requiring me to ship back their products at my cost for their mistake! Long delays for customer service responses, unethical company AVOID THEM!

Complete game changer

I feel like my entire life has been a lie up until I used my new BB-2000 for the first time. My wife and I absolutely love it. It's going to be difficult to use the restroom anywhere else. Fantastic product.

A Godsend!

As a larger woman with back issues I have to say that this bidet is truly saving me from pain and anguish. You wouldn’t think that such a small part of our day we spend in the bathroom would be so difficult but for me and many others it is. I appreciate to strength of water and warming features, and must include how surprisingly well the “enema stream” works. I had my doubts with any bidet but I am so glad I picked BioBidet as it’s made my life so much easier and faster! No more fear throwing out my back just from doing what we all need to do. I couldn’t imagine my life without it now. Goodbye pain! I’ll never go back to a regular toilet again!

Saved my bum

My house came with the most basic, and savage bidet. It was my first so I had nothing to compare it to. I have Crohn’s, so me and my toilet are very acquainted. My fiancé bought me the bio bidet for Christmas and it’s a life changer. The heated seat. The warm and gentle but efficient water. And the dryer! I didn’t know what I was missing! It was pretty easy to set up as well.

Home Run!

We are not looking back on this purchase. Home run on all features. We got the BB200 and all features are tops. One negative...waiting to longer than I should of. My wife is a critiqueie. She was blown away! Never felt cleaner. I extremely recommend this model.

Great bidet but….

Great bidet, but not too thrilled with the way the silver paint is chipping off after just over a year of use. We bought a special cloth to clean the toilet with as to not use chemicals as recommended. The worn look makes it look unclean and dissatisfying to look at.
