I use the mop on my hardwood floors. I sweep first, then damp mop with a regular mop, then run the steam mop and it gets up more dirt than I ever knew I had!

A good mop when it doesn't break

After 5-6 uses the disk holding the pads broke now I can't use it or find parts anywhere to fix it. Really dissapointed

Great Product!

I have had this for a few weeks and finally tried using it. I love it. I have two small dogs in a small 2 bedroom house with laminated flooring and older linoleum in places. It is exactly what I have been needing! I wish I knew about it sooner.

I love this machine!!

We purchased this product last week and I am obsessed with it. I am shocked by how much dirt it cleaned from what I thought were my spotless floors. We mop daily and I thought we did well until I purchased this. I especially love the way it rotates and cleans the corners and hard-to-get places that my vacuum doesn't reach. It moves around toilets and cleans the grout as well as the floor.

Bissell spinwave

I compared shark spinwave and Bissell spinwave. Bissell spinwave exceeds my expectations. It has all different kind of setting from mopping without stream for laminate floor to medium steam to high steam for ceramic floor. Loved the product.

It works great and better than I had expected. The only concern is the fact that they recommend using distilled water only.

Not sure

I used this once. One time. It's kinda heavy. The cord is so long it caught in the steamer and wore off a piece of the cord. I like it but I don't and I've had several BISSELL steam mops. It cleans well that I love. But the cord I gotta pick it up with one hand and the mop on the other . Annoying

It's Ok

I received this item as a gift from my husband. We have 3 small dogs that are trained to pads, but as everyone knows sometimes they don't get everything on the bad. This mop to me does not do so much in deep screening or getting those tough stains off your floor. I do have to got back and clean tougher spots. It is a little heavy as well. Also missing cleaning solution.

I have a lot of hardwood floors, and this product has made it very easy on my back, for keeping them clean. Love it!

So far great product

I have only had this for a few weeks but so far I love it! It's easy to use and seems to do a good job cleaning my floors. My kitchen floor gets pretty dirty since we come in and out our back door the spin wave does a great job on the dirt.

Very useful item if you have a lot of hard floors

I replaced my previous Bissell steam mop which was 7 years old with the new Bissell spin wave steam mop which I'd definitely an upgrade from my previous one. The water reservoir is bigger and the mop pads are big and spin efficiently leaving the floor almost dry and very clean . I have travertine floors and am a senior citizen with painful wrists and hands and I can truly say that this product helps me clean them almost painlessly as it glides across the floor. It is slightly heavier (9lb) than my previous steam mop (6lb) but since it is self propelled it moves without any pushing. I highly recommend it if you have lots of tile floors and dread mopping.

What A Wonderful Product

I clean my whole house in 30 minutes and didn't even break a sweat. You were correct, no more hands and knees for me! Wash the pads and the washing machine they came out looking brand new.

This BISSELL spin mop was super easy to put together. I love how when using it basically moves itself. You do have to have patience to use this. I like things to go fast as I'm very busy with the kids. You need to pick a time when you have time to clean and steam. This doesn't have any sort of vacuum feature so you have to clean your floors first before you use this spin mop the clean and steam your floors. I just found myself doing double work. This is great for getting tough stains off your floors. This worked well in my hardwood and kitchen floors.

I would like to buy this product

I like this product. It is very convenient to mop the floor. i have hard floor and I'm very difficult in mopping the floor. But when I use this mop. It helped me clean the floor well. I only need to push button steam it will have water out and mop easily. You don't need to have bucket water. This machine had container water and help you mop easily. It save many things for you. It is worth to buy this mop. I encourage this product to everyone.

First time steam mom user - 10/10

I've never used a steam mop before, so I wasn't sure what to expect! But boy did this thing show me what I was missing! We have concrete flooring that is a pain in the butt to clean and this mop made it so much easier! And it was so quick compared to your traditional mop. I've been telling all my friends and family they need to invest in one!
