I believe its will be the best option for a extra sink on my garage just for the cleaning tools or hot water to do some car repairs and stuff Its compact and works well the only bad from my experience its 240v line for the installation but not bad extra water heater I received this for free from influester in exchange of mi opinion Thanks

Got this in couple days ago and wow! This tankless electric water heater is amazing! Super easy to install. Did it in less than 20 mins. Crazy how quick the water heats up compared to my gas water heater. This is amazing. Love all the settings you can put to adjust to your liking highly remcomed

Will not provide adequate water for a shower.

This was described as being able to run and shower and bathroom sink. While it did provide plenty of hot water to the lavatory, it did not provide enough hot water for a decent shower even with our water saving shower head.

Item heats great, could not get the relief valve to stop leaking though. Added an inline RV pressure regulator & removed the valve altogether. It’s for a lake cabin that’s not often used so hopefully no problems will occur.

Great little Water Heater

I am added a half bath to my store and needed a simple solution for hot water without using unnecessary space. I am pleased with this tankless water heater at this price point and recommend it where space is limited.

Don't waste your time with this product

Had this installed and within 2 weeks the unit starting leaking from within the box where the heater unit is. They sent a replacement and within 5 days did the same exact thing. Waiting on a 3rd replacement now.

Waste of money

I am way above all requirements and this thing trips the breaker if turned higher than Med. I spent money to take a room temp shower and wash my hands in a room temp kitchen. Don’t waste your money or time. Guess I’ll go back to a normal water heater that has always worked without issue.
