The casters met my needs. Installation was quick and effective.

Replaced a similar stem caster on an exterior rolling cart that had seezed. Was able to reuse the existing plastic mount.

I like the wheel but not the sleeve that comes with it. I re-used the sleeve that was already in the chair.

Broke one wheel on my office computer chair, used this item to replace all the wheels, and the chair is good as new. Very happy with this item.

The wheels seem fine but unfortunately it didn't fit my chair so I have to return it.

Good replacement, not perfect for my chair.

The wheel fits the office chair that needed a replacement. It doesn’t fully secure into the plastic leg and sits slightly higher. It does work and is not very noticeable once it is in use. There are serrated teeth that could fasten into a softer surface though.
