Putting a Little Light on the Subject
Perfectly suited to my needs and wish I'd splurged and bought one years ago (makes those little black dots on the music page SO much more legible). A little weighty for my very old baby grand Steinway music rack, but so far, so good.

Exactly as advertised. Extremely well made. No issue with having enough room for music. So much better than battery operated ones. Bulb is a tad difficult to get in, but not overly so. If you want a great light for your baby grand, this is it.

Generally I am very pleased with this lamp. It is exactly what I needed--good quality, sturdy, the switch is on the lamp. It did say you could use up to a 60W bulb but when I tried a 60W it burned out. It is working well with a 40W and giving enough light. I guess if I tried it with a 40 in the first place I would have given it 5 stars. Of course it was a lot more expensive buying it from Canada than it would have been buying it in the US.
