Easier Options Now Available?

I actually really like these lamps, however now that I’ve installed around the whole house, I see Lamps Plus offers several similar designs that have a more practical configuration. Trescott takes an unusual tube-shaped bulb, and the bulbs go inside a fragile, narrow glass tube in the fixture so you need to partially disassemble it to change bulbs. One of the glass tubes arrived broken—customer service was great—but it gives me concern about the lifetime of the lamp. Hence 4 stars, vs the 5 I would otherwise give it for looks and quality.

Very Nice, Expensive vs Alternatives

I really like these lights, but the design isn't much different than alternative versions on LampsPlus that are roughly half the cost. Good clean modern design.

Great looking

I replaced 8 different lights with lights from the Trescott line, and they really enhance the curb appeal of my home. One point of disappointment, though, is the return policy. You only have 2 days to report damage in shipping, and one of the globes was broken. I could not get the handyman in to install them right away, so I didn't realize there was damage until later. Disappointing policy - probably use a different vendor next time.

Elegant and modern for transitional look

These lights were recommended by my architect/interior designer. My house will have similar colors like the ad photo - an off-white cream stucco in a Mediterranean style.I must have spent hours/days looking at all the different styles. This was the best option for a transitional look. The lights are neither too old world traditional nor ultra- modern. Not sure about the difficulty with installation but our electrician looked at it and hasn't commented on it - so neither good nor bad. We also ordered the 20 inch in this same style.

Quality product and modern design

I bought three of these light fixtures to use on different parts of our back yard and deck. The lights look gorgeous and the glass encase so modern and beautiful. That was exactly what we wanted. Buy a nice lamp to go with it and you will not get tired of looking at it!

Recommended!

We have a 2-story "Tuscan" house and wanted to give it a more modern look. These lights are great, plus they comes in a number of sizes, which we greatly appreciated since we were replacing 7 lights in different sizes. We've received many complements from neighbors and passersby.

lovely modern fixture

We've only had these lights up for a couple of weeks, but they look very nice and work well so far. My husband, who is probably an intermediate dyi-er, was able to put these up to replace the former fixtures without any trouble.

Beautiful Lights

I looked long and hard for new lights for my front entryway. They were exactly as they described, nice material, arrived quickly, well packaged, installed easily and they are beautiful. The neighbors have had many compliments!

Pretty but the wiring is a mess

Beautiful light but the wiring had to be reconfigured by our electrician ... not sure what was up but it was a mess.

Have not seen them on my house yet. Ordered them early and waiting on siding to be installed. Couldn't be more impressed with how they look just out of the box! Can't wait to see them actually on my house and lit up.
