Light and easy to clean

I live in a smaller apartment; I love the double-sided functionality of this griddle and as an added bonus, its easy to store!

Not a non-stick pan

I’m disappointed that food sticks to it and it’s not easy to clean. I made blueberry pancakes, oiled the pan, and the blueberries left a residue. I had to scrape it off with a plastic tool but it still left a mark. Not a good material like cast iron. I expected more from a Crate & Barrel product.

Reversible stove top griddle/grill pan

I replaced my old electric griddle that was hard to clean with this heavy griddle to use on our gas stove top. Pancakes are perfect and did not stick.

Saw Scratches After First Use

I used this once, on a gas range stove as recommended. After using it, I saw that there were scratches on the griddle (the black finish was scratched and you could see the aluminum underneath). Needless to say I returned it immediately.

Love that this I SO easy to clean!

Perfect for reverse sear tomahawk steak. Contains juices, is reversible but above all, this is so easy to clean!!

Perfect Griddle

It’s exactly what I wanted. It’s the ideal size & weight. I had the same griddle for 16 years and it FINALLY didn’t work any more.

Very difficult to clean, coating coming off

We received this as a gift a few years ago and initially loved it,but have discovered it is very difficult to clean the griddle side and the coating is now peeling off, so we're afraid to use it. Expected more from a pan of this quality.

The perfect pancake griddle

I’m wondering how we ever lived without this griddle. We can make pancakes faster for everyone and it’s perfect paired with the pancake warmer they also sell on this website.
