Very nice. Needs to be broken in a little as do all iron frying pans. Nice size. Looks good on my Wolf cooktop.
Love it. Been wanting one for awhile. We switched from a (hated) glass top stove to gas and couldn’t wait to get this for the 5th burner. Used it right away to grill some bread as a test Excellent quality, per usual for Viking products. And works well with my gas stove.
Cast iron grill
I really wanted to love this. I can’t return it now because it’s too late. It’s already rusting. It’s extremely heavy.
A very good reversible cast iron grill, as described.
Love it. Heats up super fast and evenly. It cooks pancakes and tortillas really well and doesn't need much oil. It is pretty heavy so keep that in mind, but it will not warp like other griddles.

This is a very good heavy authentically solid cast iron product.
Do not waste money
worse product ever..I dont write reviews but really upset with this cast iron.I used it for pancakes and stick the pancakes and eggs. I used it only once and after washing and drying,I notice it was already rusty.Wash it again and again..basically,I throw 120 to the garbage.Stay away from this garbage.I contacted customer service and no refund because it's normal if you don't totally dry it but wasn't my casa.
Wanted a large grill and this fit the bill. Haven’t used yet, though is exactly what I wanted. Happy to find and on sale!

Everything stuck and stained the pan, first use!
Sturdy but no matter how much I cured it nor greased it my pancakes, eggs were stuck on the pan. Even the bacon stick, and then left its stamp on the pan no matter how I tried to treat/clean.
Didn't with my Miele gas cooktop so measure first
It's definitely cast iron because it's got some heft. Sadly, didn't align with my Miele gas cooktop based on its true dimensions. And the grooves are nice but also take up a lot of the grill space.

Cast iron reversible griddle
It is the perfect size to make pancakes for a group or grill chicken when I can’t use my outdoor grill.
Nice griddle, but slightly undersized
I was looking for a griddle to place on top of my gas stove top. This one does the trick, however, it would be lovely if it were just a few inches longer so that it covered both burners. As it is, it is about 3 to 4 inches short
