extremely heavy and after reading the instructions this is very misleading because it’s hard to clean off sticky residue and I only scrambled eggs and only used day after I received it so very disappointed

Victoria Cast Iron grill
Used for the first time today and made pancakes. You have to be careful using an electric stove as it get s heated quickly. Used again for dinner to grill vegetables and make lobster ....turned out pretty good!

My only complaint is ...these things are super heavy , and the manufacturer shipped them out to us in flimsy boxes with only a small sheet of bubble wrap , and by the time of delivery, the boxes were falling apart and bursting at the seams !

I love this griddle. Used it for pancakes, they come out perfect. The griddle is sturdy and very heavy so be careful when lifting.

Feels small on the width and doesn’t heat evenly over 2 burners (electric glass stovetop) Presumably much better on induction or gas. But does work exactly as intended.
When I wash my cast iron it turn rusty brass.
