These are suspended by a wire and not a rod, which is not clear from the picture or product description. Also, the finish appears to be more of a stainless steel vs. brushed nickel as it does not match the rest of the hardware in my house. Overstock will deduct shipping costs on the return, so buyer beware!!

Some of the best cheap lamps out there. Make no mistake: this is not a high end product, but once installed it looks more polished than anything else at the same pricepoint.
