I really like the weight. Holds heat really well. I keep our sliced skirt steak it it off yhe grill to keep hot at the table. I would really like a cast iron lid that it looks like the pan is made for.

The sizzler pan is a great example of hi quality craftsmanship. Very heavy, so it heats evenly. Besides being a convenient roasting pan, I like to use it over the sear burner on my grill when I'm preparing filets.

Received as a gift and we use it regularly for salmon. It is the perfect size for us. So far have used on our outdoor grill only, but will have to try on our Karu16 as well.

Ooni Cast Iron Sizzler Pan

These are amazing useful little pans.

Fun, versatile, easy to use with a few tips

We wanted to see if we could cook protein and veggies in the pans. They worked great! We did Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, roasted carrots, sausage slices, and fajita steak strips! All worked great, the pans allow you to turn the direction really well by removing the handle from one side and attaching to the other. Handle stays cool, but you can operate with mitts on easily.

I bought this for my son and he loves it , It is the perfect size to cook a Steak or fajitas .The cast iron cooks it to perfection. I just ordered one for myself .

I have a few of the cast iron pans from Ooni and they have helped me to expand my cooking repertoire and helped to get the most out of my Ooni Karu 16. My oven is now used 3-4 days a week for fish, veg, chops and perhaps only once per month for pizza. Great value.

Good quality Ooni pan. Wanted a quality cast iron pan for flash cooking garlic prawns. Excellent for this function.

A great additional accessory to enable lots more cooking options with the ooni. Also bought with the ooni recipe book for inspiration and ideas. Only downside is that it takes a bit of work to clean it and prevent the rusting after use.
