Poor quality control. Bought two for a double vanity. It wasn’t until I went to install the drain that I noticed that one of the two drain pipes was at an angle. Upon further inspection it was obvious that the bevel wasn’t even around the drain hole. Very disappointed that this passed inspection.

Very satisfied with the quality of my Caxton sinks. Purchased double sinks. I love the size especially the depth of the sinks. They look good and the depth minimizes the amount of water that splashes on the countertop. Very easy to clean.

This is not a 17” sink!!! It is 14. Read the fine print in the spec sheet. Why would you put 17” in the title of the product when it is only 14 inside dimensions?? I ordered 5 sent to a granite shop and when I went to pick them up they look like RV sinks. Way too small. My failure to read the spec sheet and just rely on the title of the product cost me $3K for new granite… Please change the name of the product. Who measures the underside outside dimensions of a sink? The 19” sink is actually the 17” one.

We wanted to replace a right side drop in sink with an undermounted style. This smaller oval Kohler sink was exactly what we needed to fit in our existing vanity without sacrificing the top drawer. We haven't had it in use very long, so I can't speak to its longevity and wear, but we are very pleased with the look with the new quartz countertop! Only complaint is it was delivered to our neighbor's house.

Very nice sink.

Nice clean lines, good quality. Only issue was Kohler does not include an installation template for a countertop cutout; you have to call Koehler to request a template, which they send to you at no cost.

It’s very difficult to get the correct size undermount sink bowl. It just fit. Had to get a different bracket system to mount the bowl. However it does a good job.

The oval shape was exactly what we needed for our 24" cabinet. The undermount feature provided extra countertop space. We installed the sink within the past two weeks and love the look. We are very happy with this purchase.

Returned it. It had a small spot on the side of the bowl that wasn't glazed; it looked like a starting point for what would be problems later. It should not have passed quality control. It was not in stock so I had it delivered to the house, then returned it to the store - no issues with the return.

Sizes listed are inconsistent

The size of the opening shown in the photos, 17 x 14, is not the same as the size shown in the specifications. 17 x 14 is the overall dimensions of the sink.

This is a small sink that worked out perfectly in a 36 inch vanity. Gave us more around sink, but still has enough depth. Glad it has a overflow port, some sinks do not have one and this leaves a void around the tail piece that accumulates grunge that will smell later. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

These are wonderful sinks. We needed a special size to fit our custom vanity made from a converted bureau and love them now they are installed. They are deep which is what my husband prefers. I'm happy for the overflow outlet as well. Very easy to clean.

The 17 inch oval Caxton undermount is a beautiful vanity sink. We have two sinks in a five foot vanity top. The 17 inch is actually 15 inches when mounted (17 inches includes the undermount flanges). I did not realize this when ordering, and when I first saw the sinks mounted in the vanity I was concerned that I chose too small of a sink. The installer said the 17 inch undermount is a common size. The size is adequate for our needs and maximizes the vanity top space which is my priority.

No template

Sink is beautiful and in good condition but the installation and template sheet are not included in the box. This is very frustrating for us and our counter fabricator. Build.com does not have the needed forms online. I have to work with Kohler for the sheet and then go to Kinkos/fedex to print it out.

Small space bathroom vanity….

Very beautiful sink nice and deep for soaking towels, washing hands underwater etc… perfect size for an smaller cabinet… 18” wide small bathroom sink looks big…

Good customer service but possibly an irregular part.

The sink is great. Nice and compact but deep enough. The drain, however, did not make a total seal and required resetting it three times, finally resorting to plumbers' putty, tape and two O- rings. The flange was small for the sink hole. The flange should be wider for better contact, or a silicon washer would be helpful. Kohler did send a replacement cited probable faulty irregularity to the drain plug. So we are satisfied. Customer service was good. I still love Kohler products.

Smaller is better.

The Kohler #K-2209 is a beautiful, fully-functioning, smaller sink. We down-sized from the larger Kohler #K-2210 oval undermount in 2 bathrooms. Thus, we gave ourselves an extra inch front-to-back and side-to-side of counter space. Who needs a bigger bathroom sink these days, anyway?

On the small side but exactly what was needed for narrow vanity.

We used the 19" version of the Caxton sink in 2 prior bathroom remodels and have been very pleased with them. This bathroom vanity is only 21" deep so needed the smaller size sink to accommodate it and the single hole faucet used on a marble counter top. I would recommend that you only allow a 1/4" overhang on the counter to maximize the usable opening.
