I have this exact model, but did not buy it from Macy's. Not worth it. It worked for a while but after a year it is super high maintenance, and gets stuck on nothing all of the time. I have swapped out every part and the problems have not been fixed. Would not buy again.

Great for Pet hair

Bought this for my 2nd floor. I have it scheduled to vacuum 3 days a week. Looks like I have the housekeeper coming in every week really helps with pet hair from my 2 Frenchies

We used to have a Roomba, which was a nightmare when parts needed to be replaced and then stopped working only a year after having it. This is our second time having a shark and I’m so happy to be back with it. It’s so easy to use the canister that empties right into the garbage is a huge bonus!

Works well and was a good deal because of the open box. Previous identical model lasted about 27 months before starboard engine failure due to German Shepherd fur accumulation.

Good deal on an older unit which Im very familiar with. The battery was dead and wouldnt take a charge but I had a spare which brought the unit back to life.

shark robot vacuum

the lithium battery failed to charge. the vacuum is of no use to me and i've guessed it was of no use to you when you got it. So you sold it to me to get some of your money back. there is no reason to send pictures because it looks and is brand new. it was sold with a bad battery initially.

The first one was much better. Love it. This one goes on clean and then goes dump. Then start up again, and then just stop 🛑. l will never buy again!

It isnt worth the money. It belongs in a lower tier based on battery life and suction power.

Better suction power and more run time. Battery life is disappointing. App could be better laid out and easier to use.

This vacuum has done such a good job keeping up with the amount of dog hair was on my floor due to having 2 dogs with long fur. With proper maintenance, it can last a very long time!

My shark robot is the absolute best. Love it!

This is the neatest thing Ive ever seen.it cleans so well it looks like I had a maid come every day.i love it Ill never be able to live without one!

The robot does not work with any carpet in my apartment. Its mapping seems to be way off and always has errors 7 and 24 because it can’t climb on carpets even 12 “ thick. I returning this I would rather vacuum than waste time re-adjusting this machine that does not really clean have as good . Not worth the money. Definitely not recommended to buy this particular one. 2 stars.

This was a good prices on clearance. It was only on clearance due to the new models being released. If the new models are better than this one then that is fantastic. I have animals with long hair and all my other different brans would not work. Hair would either clog up of course it would get full with in minutes and I would have to keep track and empty it. If I did not then the old one would just push everything around. This new one shows me so clearly how well it works. I could lay on my floor afterwards with a bit of hair on me. It showed me how often I would have had to change my other vacuum. I would say it probably unloads the hair every 10 minutes so maybe 3 times it’s on. Love it and wish I had the money sooner to get it.

Has done two complete cycles so Im thinking next time will be regular sweeping. Returns to base to discharge with no problem. Had little glitch first attempt at installing app but second attempt was no issues. Have only used on regular suction setting and I would definitely not say this thing is loud in any sense.

When I decided to buy it I read that it is unboxed. So, when it arrives it was used, completely screeched but it works! I hope it works for long time! lol
