I love my new kitchen scale and love OXO's Customer Service. Best experience I've had in a while. I have already purchased more OXO products due to my experience and like those new products just as much.

I use my kitchen scale every day! I didn’t think I would, but I sure do. Baking sourdough, following a recipe, portion sizes—this kitchen scale is perfect!

Oxo has unbelievable service. My 11 lb Oxo scaled stoped working after 4 y. I called them up and without question me they send me a new one. However to my disappointment they send me an 5 lb one. After calling them again the so friendly man told me, I’m sorry but I see you were send the wrong one. We will send you an 11 lb scale today,!! Keep the other one. No need to send back. !!

The pull out display is awesome! A scale is a must when baking some products. But I just recently learned that you need to make pasta.

This was a replacement for an older model that malfunctioned. It was replaced free of cost by Oxo. It is a definite upgrade from the earlier iteration. Most notably for me, it stays on longer and has an easier to read display.

The device functions as advertised. It’s accurate to 1/10 of ounce and to the gram. Love it.

Good for my cat's food

Using this to measure my cat's raw food portions. Wasn't super precise on the 1 to 2 gram measurement but otherwise very dependable, good sturdy scale.

This was such a good purchase. It's got grams and ounces, it goes up to 5 pounds and the display head pulls out for better reading when large objects are placed on top. The batteries [4x AAA] last a long time.

Good scale

It works quickly and efficiently. I had to return the last one because it didn’t shut off every time as it should. This one is great. I like how it clears quickly when weighing multiple items.

I enjoy the scale. I weigh my food on it for every meal. I bought the scale in May and it died in September. I’m grateful they sent a new one to me for free. I like that it doesn’t shut off quickly. I have to remember to shut it off when I’m done with it or I’ll go through batteries quicker.
