The leather quality is less than what I expected. I am short so the back is not comfortable. It is very low to the floor. I am tried of trying to find a chair so I accepted it as is. We had it about 20-30 days.

Attractive style, comfortable. We are delighted - great chairs at a great price. (The name brand chairs from Europe were 5-10 times more, and only a little more comfortable.) We actually prefer the style and recline control handle on the Flash chairs.

I needed a replacement chair for my elderly parents when they visited. Required to swivel, have padded arms, and a footrest rather than a recliner footbed. Have to admit - did not expect to like this chair as much as I do. very comfortable - perfect for the intended purpose and bonus that it is a chair I actually prefer to sit in.

Chair

The chair is comfortable and it took me awhile to assemble, but everything went together all right. However the chair was advertised as leather, but I don't think it is. I am elderly but the chair was light weight and easy to maneuver while I put it together and my back is better after sitting in it. Considering the cost of shipping, it was a pretty good deal.

The way the back of the chair is curved makes it very uncomfortable. The picture makes it look like it's more cushy than it really is . It was relatively easy to put together but it did take two people to slip in the bolts between the backrest and the seat.

This isn't a piece of furniture from Havertys. Remember where you bought it. This chair works fine for what I'm using it for, and that it's placed in my basement where I listen to music. Fairly comfortable and reclines. Sturdy and looks good.

Assembly Nightmare, Rexine Feel

First of all people love the chairs, they are comfortable and inviting - so far so good for a week. Not like the fat lazy recliners that you just sink into. Delivered promptly, but there are some significant issues. First assembly is a pain. Each one took an average of 2 hours to put together, mainly because the armrests have difficult screws to put in - a tighter space than in your car engine. The tools they give are inadequate, and my pre-arthritic hands still hurt 6 days later. Second, the recline lever is meaningless. The chairs recline to various positions and appear to stay in place, but you don't need the lever - it's really a placebo. Also, it is clear that the surfaces are not leather but rather a rexine feel. Finally, the chairs are very light - but feel stable when you are seated, so maybe this is not such a bad thing.

Received product as promised. Tried to contact supplier no results. One leg for ottoman had recessed decorative nut to receive holding bolt. Bore hole for nut slightly too large and nut turns. No way to install bolt therefore no installation for ottoman. Requested a replacement leg using address as found on e bay. If part could be provided I would be a happy customer. without the product is worthless.

Yes, great chair for bedroom. My wife loves it and it fits her perfect as she is 5'1" tall. She finds the chair very comfortable for her back and the recliner aspect is easy for her to operate. Assembly went well as a matter of fact it was better than expected. There was no damage observed and all parts were there for the assembly. Hopefully, the chair will be serviceable for a long time.
