Couldn't wait for this to arrive....waited, waited
Ordered this product June 5th. It was to ship within 3 to 5 days of purchase. It arrived at my house Mid September. The transformer wasn't in the packaging, which I didn't realize until my handy man showed up two weeks later. Called to get a new transformer and they couldn't tell me when that would ship. All of this during covid, so I understand delays. When I offered to get the 'transformer' locally I was told I couldn't and would have to go through the company. WOW...way too much work to get a product, wait, wait, wait, then not get the entire product THEN be told I couldn't even try to 'source' the missing part. Sending the entire thing back...UGH!
