I needed to add a third garage light and this light matches exactly to the two I already have. Great look!

The lights are well made and the fittings made installation easy.

Not for coastal environment

While Build.com sells many great products and while I have purchased many, this is not one of them. I purchased quite a few of these for my home about one quarter of a mile from the Gulf Coast in Texas. The finish says "stainless steel", which is a bit misleading, as the product is not stainless steel. The "stainless steel finish", after about 6 months is peeling off of the fixture and looks awful. All fixtures are installed under a canopy or roof eave, so are not directly exposed to sunlight or rain. About half of them no longer work. All of them will need to be replaced.

I’ve been looking at this same light on another site for a while. Could not bring myself to pay full price. This is the same exact like for $80.00 less. Happy with the shipping and excited I finally got a good deal on this light.

This is my second house with these outside fixtures

I bought the silver 16” and the 11” Outdoor lighting. Larger are above my garage and the smaller are at my front door and garage side doors. I had my last house for 10 years and never had a problem. This is a new home and they are beautiful. The pictures don’t do the lighting justice since we are still in the building process.(first 2 pics), Last pic is my old home with the same fixtures. Low maintenance, I wash the glass piece and wipe down the outside metal twice/year. Durable and awesome

Finish Peeled Off

I purchased seven (7) of these lights and within six (6) months the finish has peeled off and corrosion has sat in on everyone of them. All of them are outside but under roof. The screws that hold the glass globes have always been very loose and do not tighten well at all. I really like the style of them but the quality is very poor. See photos attached.

These lights are great!

Perfect deck light

Arrived in perfect condition. We especially like the metal frame, as well as the bubble glass cover for the bulb. Much nicer than a harsh bulb-only. The metal cage is decorative and also a little bit of extra protection for these outdoor lights.

Nice light, great look!

Very nice light. We chose this one for the front door as a larger version of the light we recently purchased for our back door. The mounting screws were a bit too long and prevented the mount from rotating to the position I needed, based on how the box was mounted in the wall. But I had some shorter screws that I used and they worked fine. Otherwise it would have required an annoying trip to the hardware store. Maybe supply two different length screws in the future?
