Superior quality for a still-reasonable price

Many chairs that appear to be similar sell for $20 or $25 less than this one, but it's well above them in terms of quality. It's an excellent design with many parts adjustable to fit people of different sizes. My wife bought two: one for the office and another at the house.

Perfect chair

I got this because you can adjust the hight of the backrest and the seat and back tilt and lock them in place. This is a great chair, especially for this price. Super easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

Excellent product in new condition shipped quick

Had this chair previously and liked it a lot. Decided to get it again but Staples is about $30 more and $13 to ship. Walmart had this cheaper, free shipping, and new product in excellent condition.

Height of the Chair

IT should have more inches of height. Tall people should be considered.

Good chair but not perfect

This chair is better than I expected. It is very adjustable and I like that it has a setting for me to sit up straight and that the seat is not super deep like all the other ones I've tried. I can't believe how hard it is to find a chair that fits shorter people. Why do all these companies think everyone is tall and only make chairs to fit them? But although this seat is not perfect for shorter people, the lumbar fits well enough and the seat has enough cushion. Time will tell how long the cushion stays this way before I can feel the bottom. I like the arm grooves in the arm rest. Never had one with these before and I find I like this. I don't like how wide the seat is and how wide the arm rests are. And yes, I have them tightened at the closest setting. I like the arm rests at the highest setting to rest my arms on while I'm typing all day but the width does not make for very comfortable lengthy use for me. I like to roll myself from my desk to my file cabinet or bookshelf to get something I need but these wheels do not roll well on hardwood when I'm sitting in it. I might end up changing them out. Overall this chair is a good value and I will keep it for now.

Great chair

Was really easy to put together. The chair is really comfortable. Hubby is on conference calls all day and needed a new chair. Covid has him working from home and his back couldnt take the old one anymore. I would buy this chair again if I need to ever.

The chair I needed to WFH

This chair makes working from home so much better! Not sure why I suffered through a crappy chair until now. I like the flexibility of removing the arm rests if it does not fit with the desk height. The adjustments for seat height, and angle are great.

Stay away - they sell used products for new price

The chair itself is fine, but the seat is rather short so not recommended for tall people. On the other hand, MyOfficeInnovations's customer service is very poor. They sent me an open box, used product and it was NOT noted in the description on the website at all. It was clearly visible the chair was re-packaged and some of the parts already showed some wear and tear. I tried to reach out to them multiple times but they're not replying to emails, not willing to resolve the issue. If you don't want to pay new price for a used product, I don't recommend ordering.

Excellent chair

So I read a lot of the reviews before I bought this chair and did a lot of research. Some of the reviews stated that the chair pushed them forward while they sat. There is a lever on the bottom of the chair that you can change to adjust your seat back setting. That resolves that issue. My co-worker had no problem putting it together in about twenty minutes.

best value for the money

These chairs have ajustable arms that I think is helps to support your arm on a computer mouse....very comforable and hold up well....this is my second chair like this.
