Large roasting pan

This roasting pan is large enough to hold your Thanksgiving turkey or a large roast. The pull pin rack is so handy and easy to use. I like that rack has handles and can be easily removed for the pan. The pans handles are large and makes lifting it from the oven easy. Clean up for both was easy. I didn't have to soak the pan or the rack. I just used some warm soapy warm and washed it clean.

Perfect for a large turkey

The pan itself has nicely curved corners that helps with an easier clean-up. The deepness of the pan helps hold any juices from spilling over. The handles are big enough to use oven mitts to lift and carry comfortably. The rack is awesome. It lifts out of the pan with ease. The locking rod stays in place until it is put in the release position. The rod pulls out with ease and allows for easy removal of the side pieces. Clean-up is a breeze with the nonstick coating. This is a nice roasting pan to have in my cooking pan collection. I would definitely give one as a gift if the opportunity comes up.

it's a perfect size!

Loved this perfect for a small chicken up to turkey size for Thanksgiving ! Grate inside comes apart for easy cleaning as well!

Almost perfect.

Only negative is the manufacturer’s written warning not to use on the stovetop which means no easy gravy or sauces from roasting. Nice and deep which will make it perfect for those dishes requiring a Bain Marie.

Lightweight Roasting Pan

Looked like a great lightweight roasting pan - good quality. However, the directions indicated not to use it on the stovetop which is how I manage to make good gravy. Back it went.

Easy clean up

Just as other reviewers stated, this cleans up SO easily! It’s just the right size for my double batch of carmel corn and party mix!

Peeling coating

This is a terrible product and terrible customer service. I have reached out several times with photos of bubbling and peeling coating to receive no response. I used the pan 5 times in 2 years, never used abrasive cleaners or scrubbers and the non stick coating has peeled and bubbled. It started in the corners where the rack touches the pan. I do not recommend getting this product.

It seems to be a nice pan, but it is thinnish steel and won't spread heat well for making gravy. So, we don't want to keep it. BUT postage to return is almost same as the sale price for pan. So: we will give it away and next time shop at places who pay for return postage !

Wrong size on website

The roasting pan is probably okay. Bought it for this upcoming holiday, so I haven't used it yet. The main reason for the low rating is...the roasting pan is clearly noted as a "18-inch" pan on Macy's website, yet when it arrived, the box it comes in is clearly shown as a "17-inch" pan. Not a big deal, but when I buy an 18-inch pan, I expect an 18-inch pan...not one that has been changed to a 17-inch pan.
