Finishing Touch

This is the 2nd piece we got to complete our outdoor kitchen. We had a plumber hook it up to a water line. There is only a cold water hookup fyi. It works great, no leaks with drain. The fridge is roomy and love keeping our drinks organized and ready for guests.

This is a step-function change to my outdoor grill scene.

Wow! What a great addition to my outdoor "kitchen" area. I don't have a built-in anything, but I do have a nice overhead cover for my grill and smoker and this baby--the Mont Alpi Beverage Center (MASF-BSS) in black stainless steel. It arrived with excellent packaging and damage protection around it (specialized crate strapped to a heavy-duty pallet). Thank God for the integrated wheels as it let me move it from driveway to patio by myself and then I got help to lift it up a few stairs and roll it into place. I don't have the water hooked up yet--will do that tomorrow--but the refrigerator is on and cooling and I've tested the blue LED light in the fridge. Very cool and I mean that literally and figuratively.

So far so good. Only had for a month on my deck to add refrigeration and water outside. Been pleased so far.

Damaged product -- ZERO support

ZERO SUPPORT. Even though the product showed up in robust packaging protecting from external damage, the product was not internally braced and there was a lot of damage to the product. I contacted Overstock immediately for support and received zero response, support, offer of replacement parts or product or authorization for return. Horrible experience. I would not recommend buying this or any other product from Overstock. If you intend to purchase this item (or anything else) -- my advice: but it from ANYWHERE but Overstock.

This compact fridge and sink has a really good quality. The fridge works fine, keeps my drinks cold. The granite counter surface looks very beautiful and smooth, easy to clean too. This is a really nice item

Really makes the grill setup look so much nicer.

Every grill should have sink

The sink is great, I love being able to wash my hands directly after touching the raw meat.

Update to earlier review

I just received a personal phone call from the CEO of Mont Alpi who read my review and was very upset, as they pride themselves as a high quality, customer oriented, family owned business. We discussed what had happened and he very kindly offered to replace the top and pay for shipping. We had a great conversation and after speaking to him I would not hesitate to purchase from this company and would certainly buy this product again if needed. He truly believed that our granite top was defective and should have been replaced, albeit late he stood by this product. He was a delight to speak with and very obviously takes pride in his business and cares about its reputation. Stay away! We took care to have this professionally installed ( had it hooked to plumbing for indoor use, etc. It looked great, we took care to seal the granite to protect it and with just one use the granite was completed marked with water stains. I had read someone else had this problem but thought maybe they did not seal it or care for it. This was just clear liquid glass and/or bottle rings. THIS IS A BEVERAGE CENTER!!!! Assuming a plain noncolored beverage could be prepared here. This was very light use. The granite (if that is what this is) even feels different when you rub your hand across it. We contacted the manufacturer and they initially said they would take care of it, but when I was put in touch with the person who was going to take care of it, they were rude and blamed us saying it must be alcohol that we spilled on it. We did not. These are glass rings... BUT even if it was, we have an entire kitchen of granite plus 2 bathrooms and have never had a problem with granite. It truly looks horrible and is so disappointing. Save yourself, don't buy this or from this company as they do not stand by their product at all.

We purchased this for our loft garage and it is exactly what we need. Very nice looking and ok sturdy wise. My complaint with it is they locked the keys to the refrigerator in the refrigerator. Had to pick the lock which was done easily so that's another con. Also no instructions for the sink hookups. Other than that it's a nice buy.
