This thing does it ALL!

I bought this unit strictly based off the looks and that my whole outdoor kitchen is blaze. I made it a weekend project to expand our island and get the blaze oven fitted up. We have cooked on it a few times already and when I tell you it does everything well it does. I had family over and we did a big rotisserie chicken. I was going to do it on my grill but figured id give my new oven a shot and BAM. this chicken was so good! it had a nice crispy skin, and all the lovely juiciness of a rotis chicken. We've cooked pizza's and so much more. The kids wont use our oven anymore they go outside to bake their pizza rolls now. Its probably the best item in my backyard. Goodjob BBQGuys.
