It took a while to set up, but we like it

After assembling the grill, we realized that the natural gas feed supplied with the grill was much larger than the feed line we used with our old grill. So, we had to build an adapter to fit the larger feed line.

Genesis S-415 Gas Grill (Natural Gas)

My only concerns is that the maximum temperature is less than my previous Weber Grill model and the metal grates are not as efficient as the grills in my previous model. What I do like is that the gas line does not run through the firebox as my previous grills did (which contributed to grill fires).

I completely regret buying this grill

This was my 3rd Weber Genesis grill. Previous models were good quality grills that lasted 10 plus years. So I didn't hesitate at buying another online. That was a huge mistake as had I seen this grill in person first, I would have never purchased it. The pictures online are very deceiving, but look close and you'll see that the side and back panels of the grill do not completely enclose the frame. There's a huge gap of about 1 foot on the sides under each shelf and another of several inches in the back where there is no panel at all. Aside from it being very unsightly with exposed wires and gas lines, I can already see this being a problem with rodents getting into the grill. Why Weber thought this was a good design is beyond me and honestly shame on BBQ guys for not pointing this out and only showing a very deceptive picture of the grill on an angle where this is very hard to see. At first I thought surely parts were missing and I'd be calling Weber but when I zoomed in on the picture it is indeed how this grill is designed. This just makes no sense and is completely unacceptable. Assembly was not as easy as some other reviewers have commented. The instructions are ambiguous and many of the parts are not labeled with a number or letter. Some of the instructions were incorrect as well. The "premium cover" included with the bundle feels like a cheap poncho. The shelves are paper thin and don't seem like they are going to last long. My first cook on it went well and no complaints with how it functions so far but hey I expect that at a minimum for this price point. But again I am very disappointed and frankly shocked at the cheap, flimsy quality of this grill for the price. And of course the poor design side and rear panels that you won't notice until you're done with the assembly. For the price I paid, I'm not happy with this and will most likely try to fabricate something to address it. This will be my last Weber, and possibly my last purchase from BBQ guys.

Glad I Chose This One

I really like this grill in every way: starting, heat distribution, cleaning, style, and solid construction. On start with closed lid, the temp gauge reaches 600 and it is HOT; makes cleaning fast and easy, turn it down halfway and it cooks everything (burgers, meat, fish,...) very nicely. My only wish is the side tables were made of a better material to withstand simple scratches; not sure how well they will hold up in time. I am expecting to have to order new ones down the way to keep it looking fresh. GET A COVER. Can't go wrong with this one!

Pay the dude who figured out how to assemble this!

The grill looks great. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. The assembly was awesome. I mean, it's hard to overstate just how easy it was to put together.

Big beautiful and grills perfectly

The grill works fantastic large enough to accommodate any situation and reminds me a lot of cooking in an oven sometimes because you can regulate the temperature so well my wife and I are both really enjoying this. Spent a long time deciding because I didn’t want to spend $1300 but in the end, it should be well worth it as long as it last a good long time

Terrible service.

Terrible service. One of the burners doesn't work (since we purchased it - it came assembled). I was sent a box of parts with a new igniter. I replied that I was unable to replace the burner myself and was told call someone to come replace it (and pay for it myself). The burner never worked since it was purchased and still doesn't work. I'd love this grill otherwise but am VERY dissatisfied with the customer service.

Remaing gas

Unless I'm missing something there is no way to easily see how much gas is reaming in the tank. On all other Weber grills there was an indicator and as the gas was used up one could see approximately how much gas remained

This grill is well made and pleasing to the eyes. Nobody makes quality grills like Weber. Also, their customer service and warranty departments are top notch.

Grill Tech

The service on a Weber Grill is disappointing - if the grill breaks Weber will ship your parts and ask you to become a Grill Tech. I don't have the time or patience to take the grill apart and replace a part that broke or deficient. I think this policy is absurd. Hope everyone knows how to fix grills because you're on your own.

Large, easy to clean, quality materials

I wanted a sizeable grill that heated evenly, was easy to clean, and didn't look like it would dent from touching it. This met all those needs. I'm not interested in side burners, grills with phone apps, etc. Just something that is going to last and could cook a full meal for my large family. This fits the ticket. The only weird thing I noticed is that burgers come out much denser on this grill than any other I've had previously. This is my first weber. It's not a complaint, but I found it somewhat odd.
