Purchased this for our new home build a few years ago. It has worked very well since installation. Installation was easy and it's easy to use.

On my second bluetooth unit, still doesn't work

The first bluetooth unit worked a bit at first, then ceased to work at all, so I exchanged it for a new one. That one work a bit more at first, but after a couple months, the app can no longer find the fan/light. So I have a completely non-working fan, and every time I have to replace the non-working transmitter, I have to pay an electrician to come in, take the thing out the ceiling and install a new device.
