Neuer Gumminoppen v.2 dichtet gar nicht ab.

Ich habe mir diesen Pebo nochmals bestellt, da das Glas des Exemplars, das ich vor etwa 5 Jahren im Shop in Zürich im Sale gekauft habe, zerbrach. Die alte Version funktionierte problemlos und war jeden Sonntag ein Hingucker, wenn ich damit Kaffee zubereitete. Mit großer Enttäuschung musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass das Produkt in der neuen Version verschlimmbessert wurde. Der neue Gummistöpsel dichtet nicht mehr ab und funktioniert nicht. Schade, früher hat es problemlos funktioniert.

When I purchased this item I thought I was getting the accessories (counter stand, etc.) I have since found this product with out the accessories at a lower price. I like the brewer.

not as good as previous model

i had one in the past which broke, and i got this newer model to replace it >>> what i do not like is the newer model does not have a cotton fabric filter, just a plastic one with little grooves, that get clogged with finely ground coffee very easily Ive had two coffee fails where it does not descend from upper chamber and is a soggy mess.

The vacuum doesnt always slow drip, the coffee gets stuck on top

Overall, the Bodum makes good coffee. However, you have to keep an eye on it when it begins to boil up into the upper chamber, keeping watch of the time you allow the water to boil the grounds. My old electric Bodum would boil for about a minute or a minute and a half, and the coffee maker would automatically shut off. Also, when using the Pebo on a gas burner, you should use a diffuser, which is another piece of the coffee puzzle one has to purchase. Bring back the old or a new electric Bodum!

It’s really cool overall. Easy to clean. I use it once a month because it’s annoying to assemble and make coffee on the go.

Vacuum pots of always been my favorite

I gave this to my husband for Fathers Day and He loves it! He made coffee in it that morning. It is very unique and high quality. My Hubby’s happy, I’m impressed and it was a great price! Coffee lover, or not it’s a beautiful show-piece that makes a wonderful gift and will give you a delicious pot of coffee!
