Updated 6/19/23:I had previously complained about the fact that the one I got didn't have the gray collar (presumably silicone) that's shown on all of the images on the site (and on the box), and that I got ambiguous responses about whether this was normal or not, and whether they'd replace it.I just got email telling me that yes, it's supposed to have that band and mine must have been a production error. They gave me detailed instructions for the return, and a prepaid FedEx label.I'm still not happy about the fact that the lid fits the strainer, but not the pitcher -- it's too big -- but the pitcher is nice enough that I'll live with that. I've suggested that they revisit the design so that the lid fits both the strainer and the pitcher. In fact, if it can only fit one, I'd have it fit the PITCHER rather than the filter: it only has the strainer on for 12 hours, and nobody is going to forget it's there, while if the pitcher is sitting with the lid loose on the pitcher, someone's going to try pouring through it (it looks like that should work).

Great quality glass cold brew pitcher, I have brewed 3 different batches of cold brew coffee in this and have finally found the perfect ration for me. The strainer is perfect, only thing I dont like is the lid doesn't really fit great when you take the strainer out, but that's not a deal breaker.

I am going to have to dial-in how much coffee to use and at what temperature, but I love it so far! Very snazzy looking and clean lines.

Water goes through the coffee filter where the coffee grounds go in.. I have only had this for 2 days. I dont understand all the good reviews

I am in love with this pitcher! It's made of glass which I love, it has a wonderful rubber part to keep your grip on it when it's cold, and it does it's job fantastically. I wanted to try it on some coffee I had before I try my new coffee to see how it tastes, and it is a wonderful pitcher. It brewed the coffee very well, I kept it in my fridge overnight. This is a smooth delicious cold brew. Oh! I am so glad I purchased this! I love cold-brewed coffee and I love how much easier this is to have some. Also, cleanup is a breeze! The canister is simple to use, it cleans out nicely, it's easy to dry, and as long as you have a bottle brush, the washing is a snap.

I've been using this for a couple weeks after making my own cold brew for several years with another type. I'm a big fan of this one. It is a good size to make a couple days worth of coffee with easy clean up. I'm currently using 96 grams of beans to 1200 grams of water which fills the Lardera cold brew pitcher to the fill line almost exactly. A 15 hour steep seems to make a mild concentrate that can be diluted to the desired taste without losing the flavor profile. This pitcher is a bargain for the price.

Absolutely love this cold brew pitcher! I bought 2 so I can be brewing while drinking from the other. While bitterness is not an issue for mr with hot brew, my cream and sugar used is easily cut in half to reach that sweet coffee I love. So smooth of a taste that I may get more as gifts to my coffee loving friends and family. I agree that the design is a bit off in that the filter insert needs to be present to hold the lid in place. I resolve this by removing and rinsing coffee grounds out and replacing it in the pitcher. Not a deal breaker for me as the difference in the coffee brew is incredibly huge. I hope te pitcher holds up better than the options Ive looked up on other cold brew pitchers online.

I am a novice cold brewer, but to note: do weigh the beans, that makes a difference. Once I discovered my preferred flavor profile (I like a deep redolent brew that I drink with a little sugar and cream), and discovered how it works best (for me, I use a room temperature brew with room temperature water, this seems to allow the most complexity of flavor), this pitcher works wonderfully. I appreciate how easy it is to clean, into the dishwasher you go!
