Thin and flimsy. Corners get flipped up very easily. Rug slides so I'm constantly having to reposition it. But it is pretty stain resistant and vacuums well. It is also soft to walk on.

Poor Quality and Overpriced

Rug has thick crease that spans the whole width (8’) of rug and on the other end, rug is tightly rolled, will not unroll. Several trip hazards and the crease is a major defect. Have bought less expensive, better quality rugs from less known companies with satisfaction. Not very happy at all with this purchase. Will be returning. See pictures for reference.

I was looking for a runner to put in my hallway to the bedrooms that would brighten it up and be long enough to run the entire hallway. This was the perfect runner for me. I didn't have to look too far for it, but I must admit, Wayfair has an amazing selection.

I am happy with colours in rug. Varying shades of ivory , gray and a darker graycharcoal. Perfect for my room where I need to pull the room together. Only problem I have ordered 5 rugs through Wayfair since last fall. The first 3 were rolled, easy to carry had minimal wrinkling. The last 2 were folded which for some reason made them heavier and impossible for me to lift, although same size as others. This particular rug was folded up so small that I’m afraid I’m going to have to borrow or buy a steamer and spend a lot of time remedying this. I was thinking of ordering a second one for my dining room but I’ll have to wait now until I see how difficult it is to flatten the first one.

Very nice rug. I have dark floors and this rug brings a nice lighter, brighter tone to my space. I have a somewhat large living room and so I ordered the 12x15 size. The rug flattened out within a couple hours and looks great. I am very pleased and am considering a smaller rug (exactly the same) for my dining room. Delivery was incredibly quick, like next day!

I love this rug! I ordered a runner to use in my narrow hallway. Like others mentioned, it is on the thinner side, but still feels very sturdy and high-quality. I would recommend getting a rug pad or some adhesive rug grippers so it doesn't slide around.

Perfect addition to my kitchen. I got the runner that was a size large enough to fit from my sink to my stove. It's very soft and durable. There was no shedding so far. The runner came rolled like most rugs do so it had those roll kinks in it but that was nothing a few canned goods on each corner couldn't correct within a day. The color is beautiful. Definitely worth the purchase!

I paid extra for an odd size- but I didn’t get the size I ordered. Specifically looking for a 9x9 square to fit a small room, this is 6 inches short on one side and 4 inches short on another. NOT what I thought I was getting and a waste of my money in my opinion. Also, the rug came folded, that drives me crazy. If I would’ve known it would come folded instead or rolled and not the exact size, I would’ve paid $200-300 more to get the item I actually need.

Horrible material and a tripping hazard

Horrible material!!! We bought the runner style and the smaller area rug. It was on sale and was cheap compared to other rugs but absolutely not worth the trouble!!! This rug is a hazard if you have kids and/or elderly. We laid it flat for over a week. Turned the table upsidedown to put some weight on it hoping that would take out the wrinkles but no luck! It stayed wrinkled up and would not lay flat.

Looks great at first but give it a week (It literally made it 7 days). Used it for a temporary staging and was surprised that after minimal foot traffic that the edges appeared to unravel significantly. I keep on giving Wayfair a chance through a variety of products but they continue to disappoint with quality. In addition to poor quality products, the inventory supply management is awful and needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, I now have to replace the product as well as other products purchased from this site, as the life of each product comes down to a matter of weeks or a few months. You get what you pay for I guess? I've never experienced so many consistent product failures from the same company. Whatever you believe you are saving from purchasing a Wayfair product eventually will go towards the replacement in the near future. Do not recommend this product or this company for any home decor needs.

This is the second Safavieh area carpet that I have purchased. The first was very high quality. This is 1/3 of the weight and not the size advertised. This is is supposed to be a 7 foot wide round rug. That is 84 inches wide. What I received is 78 inches wide, that is 6 1/2 feet wide, which is 6 inches short. The pattern is pretty.

I Love the rug! I was surprised it was so soft.. it took maybe two days for the corners to flatten out with books on them. The rug had a lot of waves across where it was rolled up so I put the Christmas tree box in the center with heavy objects inside to get the ripples out. It still seemed like the center wouldn’t flatten out so I placed the rug over a vent to get warm and it helped a lot. Overall I’m very satisfied with this rug. It’s beautiful and will look great in the living room once it’s been completely remodeled.

I purchased the 9x12 dark gray/ivory. The rug looks just as pictured and described. Great value, size, and quality for the price! It's relatively thin, but I wasn't looking for or expecting much thickness for the price I paid. This is the perfect rug for our playroom.

It's a nice addition to a room...

This rug was a slightly different color than I expected. The designs looked more charcoal in the picture and in person the designs are a lighter grey and smaller details of almost a grey/green. It had a bad smell that has mostly gone away after a week but my other rugs throughout the house took at most just a few days to air out. It's thin as expected and a nice addition to a room. It's definitely more for looks than comfort or feel.
