We have 3; no problems with 2 of them - had to balance some of the blades, last one had faulty remote. Customer service was very responsive and sent a new one within days. All are quiet.

Not worth the price.

Light comes on randomly

2 year run

After having this fan for 2 years, the light stopped working... you can not replace the light. You have to replace the entire fan. This fan is too expensive to only be utilized for 2 years. Sucks!

Doesn’t work

I paid an installer to install the fan and it doesn’t work. I will rerun it and have to pay the guy again to install it. Not happy.

Cool fan, nice light.

Love the clean modern look of this fan. And it is quiet and very effective at moving air in the room.

One of the most difficult ceiling fans I have ever installed. And make sure you have magnetic bits/screwdrivers if you install yourself. Fan is very quiet. Nice looking. But light is much dimmer than previous ceiling fan. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to return this ceiling fan/light.

don't waste your time

looks cool. motor was toast right out of the box. I have owned blenders quieter than this fan. can't believe that $300 doesn't get you a good fan

Extra bedroom light/ combo.

Looks terrific. Light is very bright and there is some noise when fan is on. Came well packed. I did have an electrician install it. Overall good product.

not as pictured

Again, the fan is functional and attractive. It is not the color I was hoping for. Attractive, functional and timeless (in my opinion) However, see cons The picture shows the underside of the fan blades as dark walnut. They are not. The entire blade is brushed nickel. Top and bottom. The brushed nickel finish makes the fan a much more modern look. I was hoping for transitional.

Quiet and just right for a low ceiling

I have quite low ceilings in two smallish bedrooms and I didn't want a ceiling fan that overpowered the room or that you felt too close to your head. I bought two and they completley filled that remit. They are quiet and powerful and you have the option of dimming the light on the remote although at its brightest it isn't very bright. I chose them in white and they dissapear into the white ceiling. All in all very pleased.

Great and easy purchase! Streamlined, clean design. Quiet and easy to install. Light color temperature is a bit cool.

We bought two of this fan to place in two bedrooms. We liked the modern lines and built-in fan. We also liked that they fit well in slightly smaller rooms. The fans were pretty easy to install. They looks great and are quite. We love having these. A fantastic find!

Great Ceiling Fan

Modern, looks nice. So far it works well. I am giving it a 4 bc the light is not bight at all. In my case not a big problem bc the room has recessed lighting but note this in case you are counting in the light of this fan.

Very pleased with the fan. It fits my purpose for a fan that kind of blends with the ceiling. The look is clean and modern, the fan is quiet and the light dims.

We really love our new ceiling fan. We have 8' ceilings so the low profile and compact look is perfect for our house. It was simple to install and arrived really quickly. The light on it is very bright and provides plenty of light in our bedroom. We are actually going to order 2 more for our guest bedrooms! I would definitely recommend this fan to anyone looking for a low profile compact fan for lower ceilings or smaller rooms.

Fan is well built, easy to install - Light output is low

It says it is rated 1500 lumens but it's really more like half that. You can dim and brighten the light but even on their brightest setting they don't seem to output enough to fully light a small room well. Light is the only disappointing part, everything else on these works great.
